The secondary bedroom has a queen size murphy bed, flat screen TV and an office area complete with a desk and laser printer.

Your fully stocked kitchen has new granite counters, a pantry and a spacious dining area that comfortably seats 6. The stools at the kitchen counter will seat an additional 4 people. The large laundry room has a Maytag washer and dryer and sink. The living room features a leather sofa and chairs for easy conversations along with a flat screen TV and fireplace. The best feature of this space is the reclining massage chair! Of course, WIFI is included. We have also included a HULU account for your use for access to live and local TV, movies, documentaries, etc. The TV has multiple streaming apps, so don't forget your passwords to enjoy Netflix and your other streaming services. Stay cozy with this home's A/C and heat and enjoy the convenience of a front door key pad.

The best part of this home is the outdoor lanai with a large conversation area with propane fire pit for those chilly evenings and a flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite show while listening to the breeze gently flow through the bamboo trees just beyond the screened lanai. For your dinner parties, a large table with seating for 8 is adjacent to the conversation area.

This villa is in an ideal location. It just can't be beat!! You are steps from the community pool and walking distance away from endless activities.

Temporary Resident ID's are an additional purchase from The Villages for $50 per couple. Temporary Resident ID's provide access to the fun activities in The Villages including free golf at the executive golf courses (small fee if you use a golf cart, additional fee to golf on the Championship courses), all pools (except the country club pools), pickle ball, tennis, clubs and recreation center activities. You can obtain free guest passes for your guests after you have obtained your Temporary Resident ID's.
