The cleaning fee includes fresh towels and linens, plus a starter kit with:
Bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste
Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags
Clothes hangers, laundry hampers, and beach towels
Auto drip/pod combo Keurig with some starter pods
Please bring any additional personal items you may need.

⚠️ Note: A 5% processing fee of the total reservation is non-refundable after booking.

Must be 25+ years old to book & a guest 25+ must remain on the premises throughout the stay
