Just a short 5 minute walk to the bay beach and playground or 6 minutes to the ocean (with ADA compliant entryway), this location is the best of both worlds. Our street is 1 of only 4 in Ship Bottom with bay beach access, and 1 of 2 with ADA compliant entries! There is a huge shared backyard with new gas grill and picnic area, as well as a newly renovated bottom Trex deck and outdoor shower for your private use. You can literally walk to the Bank of America (the only BOA on the island!), Ship Bottom municipal complex, numerous restaurants, shops, and mini golf courses. Two designated off-street parking spaces for your private use, as well as plenty of on-street parking make this a great spot for friends to visit for the day as well. Includes use of 4 beach chairs and 4 badges that work at both bay and beach during your stay.

The kitchen includes a brand new set of resilient Corelle dishware, stainless steel mixing bowls, glass cooking/storage Snapware, Cuisinart knives, brand new toaster/coffee pot/electric kettle, easy-to-clean ceramic cookware, all new glassware/silverware/cooking utensils, and even a full set of kid-friendly wheat straw dishware and cups (also perfect for eating on the deck!). Includes highspeed Wifi, Roku Live Streaming, and Smart-TV capabilities to log in to all your favorite streaming apps. We supply blankets and pillows, as well as a starter kit for your stay, with laundry detergent pods, dish soap/pods, paper towels, and toilet paper. Most rentals on LBI request you bring your own!
