Tropic Isle #102 is an interior gulf-front 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condominium located on the 1st floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 700 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There is 1 full bath with double vanities and tub/shower combo and a half-bath. The street-side master has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. King, Hall bunks, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6. 1 car limit.

**Please Note: This condo comes with 2 free beach chairs and 1 umbrella per stay.

Tropic Isle is an eight-story, smoke-free condominium complex located 0.3 miles west of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property features an outdoor swimming pool and grilling area for guests to enjoy.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on the day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

This was the perfect little condo for our family. Loved the easy beach access, loved the view of the ocean off the balcony. It was a great location at an affordable price. Loved having a kitchen and a washer and dryer. Also really appreciated the two beach chairs and umbrella! That was one of the biggest selling points for us, knowing we had chairs and shade for the beach.

The place itself was just perfect for my little family. We loved being right in the beach and having the pool to swim in.The check in process was terrible. They didn’t send check in information to me until 3:15 when check in was at 3:00pm. When I called to inquire about the check in information the women I spoke to were very rude and short with me. I will definitely try to stay at Tropic Isles again, but not through the Gulf Shores Rentals Agency.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good stay. The living room furniture needs to be updated. It is worn out and shows stains. The shower sprayer leaked. Went to use the dishwasher and there was no power to it. The breaker in the fuse box had been flipped. Air vent in the bathroom has mold around it. All in all it was fine but just needs a little TLC.

The location of the condo was excellent and very convenient. While it accommodated our family of four, the space felt a bit cramped. The seating in the living area wasn’t very comfortable, and the internet connection was unreliable at times. There also wasn’t enough storage for everyone’s clothing and belongings.The full bathroom could use some updating, and the washer and dryer were somewhat finicky to operate. The bedroom mattress was quite worn, with noticeable dips on both sides that made it less comfortable for sleeping.Overall, the location was definitely the biggest highlight of our stay. With a few updates and improvements, this condo could provide a much more comfortable experience for future guests.

Perfect for families!

We love tropic isles because its right on the beach, so it makes trips down and back with 4 young kids much more convenient. The only things i wasnt a fan of was the dryer shrunk our clothes even on low heat and on less dry, and the bunk beds didnt have railings so my 6 and 3 year olds couldnt sleep on them. But theres a pullout couch in the unit so they slept on that! The view is absolutely gorgeous!

Great location very clean, great experience, this was perfect for us quiet, played back atmosphere!!! The only problem was we only had 1 parking pass and we had to take 2 vehicles and even though there were empty spots they would not give us a parking pass so we had to pay 75.00 to park a car for 2 days. But other than that thank you for the awesome condo. Penny Z

This condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to lots of things. A stop light just a few hundred feet away helps with crossing the busy street. The beach is just a few minute walk from our door and the 2 chairs and umbrella was awesome to have set up and waiting for us. ( you have to let the beach attendant know that you are there and how long you will be staying and your name or room number will be on your chair every day waiting for you). The condo was very clean and the balcony had great seating. We had great communication with the rental company, they were very responsive to all of my questions. The only things that caused me to give 4 stars was the shower doors on the shower, they didn’t close all the way and would come off of the track. It was reported. Since it was a detachable showerhead, we were still able to shower without creating a mess. The other thing was actually the balcony… this unit is on the first floor and it was directly above the pool. Which had pros and cons. When no one was in the pool, it felt private and had a great view of the ocean and beach… but when people were in the pool, it did get loud and It felt creepy setting on the balcony. At night the lights from the pool were pretty bright and interrupted my view of the ocean. However, none of these complaints ruined our trip. It truly was an awesome place to stay.

Perfect little condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the condo itself, great location, not too crowded. The water on the other hand was not what we were used to. The sea-lice was horrible. Couldn't stay in longer than 1 min without getting bit up. It did appear to start clearing up the morning we left of course. Cant help the tides..
