Set high above the shoreline on the fourth-floor corner of Building E, this stunning three-bedroom penthouse condo with a den offers an extraordinary island experience with sweeping, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. From sunrise to sunset, the views from this penthouse are nothing short of spectacular. The elevated position offers a panoramic perspective of the shimmering Gulf waters, tropical gardens, a serene lagoon, and the resort-style pool area below. The private rooftop sundeck provides a front-row seat to Sanibel Island’s most unforgettable sunsets.

Inside, the condo is bright, open, and beautifully designed for coastal comfort. The expansive living and dining areas create a welcoming space for groups or families, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the Gulf and flood the space with natural light. A screened lanai adds a breezy, shaded retreat for morning coffee or quiet evenings with the sound of the waves in the background.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home-style cooking, complete with a breakfast bar that encourages relaxed gathering. In addition to the three king bedrooms, a cozy den with a queen sleeper sofa offers extra sleeping space or a quiet place to unwind. Another queen sleeper in the main living area allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Amenities extend beyond the unit itself. Guests have access to a Gulf-front heated swimming pool and hot tub, two championship-size tennis courts, and two pickleball courts. Gas grills and tiki huts are available for outdoor dining, and a shell washing and identification station is perfect for those who love beachcombing along Sanibel’s world-renowned shelling beaches. We loved our trip. The Pointe Santo facilities and grounds are very well maintained. The rules were accommodating and not overbearing. So many shells and the water was beautiful. We had a tropical storm passing in the Gulf during the first half of our trip, and there was still plenty to do between the pool, biking, and Island shops and recreation. The condo feels much bigger in person than the pictures make it look. We had 6 adults and a 2 year old for a week and had plenty of room. I searched hundreds of properties before booking this trip and this is unmatched for the price/location, especially for 3 king size beds, directly on the water. The place was clean and was pretty well stocked for our needs.Lots of shops, food, etc are within biking distance. Adorable town playground, shell museum, and Ding Darling reserve. Lots of fun local wildlife to see along the way. To make the most of your trip, definitely rent bikes, bring water shoes for the beach if you have tender feet, and bring bug spray or a citronella candle for the rooftop in the evening. We are already talking about booking again here in the future. Thanks, Kingfisher Vacations!

The property was exactly as described, the view of the gulf was spectacular. Communication with the host was great. The only bad thing is the owner closet where chairs and umbrellas are stored. It’s dark, not easily accessible, no way to prop the door open. The roof ladder is in the way and several beach chairs are broken.

This rental unit is tired and uninspired. Stains on what looks like a dirty carpet, holes in the bedroom walls, cracks in bathroom tile - no one is really taking care of it. The owners are simply charging a pretty high price for the ocean view - which is beautiful, but I want to live in a home for a week that someone is actually proud of! I long for the days when renting from VRBO actually meant there were owners who took pride in their rentals. We were very disappointed.

I wanted to love this condo so much but I had mixed feelings. This was probably our 6th or 7th time coming to Sanibel and first time at Pointe Santo. The condo had everything we needed, the property manager was great, the bed was comfortable, the space was amazing and would be awesome for a family or group and the views were incredible! We watched dolphins swim by from the condo every day and met some great people. The amenities at Pointe Santo were also great and the location on the beach and Island were also some of my favorite things.The not so great things... the rooftop balcony be aware is so cool but due to the amount of sun during the day and no seeums on the island right now it isn't very usable. It needed some sort of shade up there and a screen door down to the lower balcony which was also hard to use due to the amount of bugs. Which is not a reflection of the condo but something to consider. We also had to call the property manager one day as I found ants all over some of my clothes. They quickly corrected that but for the price of the stay should not have happened. I would rent again especially if I brought some of our family down because the space and amenities of the condo are great and the location on the beach is phenomenal.
