This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse is perfect for families or groups, accommodating up to six guests with ease. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended stay, you'll find all the comforts of home right at your fingertips.

Your stay includes essential amenities designed to enhance your experience. Stay cool during sunny days with air conditioning and unwind after a day of exploring in the hot tub or by the pool. Two decks right off of the condo provide a tranquil place to sit back and enjoy the scenery. On cold nights cozy up next to the fireplace in a cozy living room. Enjoy seamless connectivity with high-speed internet and prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Fresh linens and bedding ensure a restful night's sleep, while on-site laundry facilities add extra convenience. Convenient parking and a garage provide a nice convenience.

For entertainment, take advantage of the available TV, go for a bike ride, walk the many paths provided to the area (including a 20+ mile paved path spanning the valley), or relax by the pool. The amenities inside the clubhouse, the gym and the conference room do require an orientation with the onsite HOA manager with a $75 fee at time of orientation by cash or Venmo. This is not included with the rental. The hot tub and heated pool do not require an orientation to use but please be advised there is NOT a lifeguard on duty and you use these amenities at your own risk. All children under 16 must be attended by an adult. Open hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
