Welcome to Dreamland Disney! A summer-delight home nestled in Florida’s beautiful resort destination of Kissimmee where everyone comes to unwind, play games and frolic in the year round sun. If theme parks are your thing, you already know there’s no shortage of those. The iconic Disney World is at a striking distance, as are Universal Studios, Gatorland and Seaworld.

The Space:
Sweeping lawns and rustling trees engulf the property, perfect for your little ones to run around and have a gala time!

The home greets you with an open concept and sprawling patio; opening up to a private pool. Relax on lounger chairs, or even better: laze under a blanket of stars through the bug protect covered Lanai. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy sumptuous meals at the 4-seater al-fresco table — your options are seemingly endless.

The house is everything a child could dream for. The living room is adorned with bright, poppy colors and fascinating cartoon characters. Iconic Mickey posters match with vibrant Ratatouille characters.

Plump couches surround an open floor plan with a 55 inch cable kitted TV, ideal for cozy movie nights!

Even the roomy, open-air kitchen stays true to the vibrant, playful charm of the space. Wooden-cabinetry and modern countertops are (believe it or not) complete with Disney-themed appliances. Indulge in a day of family cooking, using appliances including an oven, blender, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and toaster.

Tuck into an evening of cocktails on the 3 bar stools, and spend intimate time at the 8-seater dining table.

The brightly-lit game room is an ideal spot for indoor fun. It’s kitted up with a ping pong table as well as a pool table.

The home sleeps 11 guests and features 4 bedrooms, all teeming with fun, cartoon-inspired furnishings.

- Bedroom #1 May the Force we with you as you are equipped with a queen-size bed a cable provided TV and a floating Darth Varder.
- Bedroom #2 Is your favourite mouse companions adorning a queen-size bed, cable TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #3 The spiderverse is alive with a single twin bed and a Twin over Full combo. Almost like you can ever sleep Pete Porker in this room with your friends Miles Morales and Peter Parker.
- Bedroom #4 is all things FROZEN and here we feature a one twin-size bed and a twin/twin bunk bed. Even the bathroom looks chilly in here.

THINGS TO NOTE:
There’s an additional bathroom within the home.
The house is kid ready with 2 high chairs, three strollers and a pack and play provided at no charge.
A washer/dryer is provided.
Driveway parking is available.
The pool is not heated and does not offer a hot tub, but a seating area leading to the main pool space. Expect it to be chilly in the winter and perfect temperature in the summer!
- Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Dreamland Disney is truly a kid’s delight. Have an enriching time at Kennedy Space Center, visit the famous SeaWorld, and explore the breathtaking beaches of Atlantic Coast.

Florida Mall, Downtown Kissimmee and The Mall Millenia offer plenty of attractions. A trip to Kissimmee Old Town remains a family favorite.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
