The view from the balcony, living room, and main bedroom was gorgeous! The home was very clean, designed and decorated beautifully, equipped with everything we needed during our stay, and was super comfortable overall. AC in all the rooms worked great. The host was also very warm, welcoming, and provided us lots of great recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area. Would stay here again.

very clean property. the pictures are what you will get. The owner greeted us in person. We had a welcome basket with wine, chips, peanuts etc. Beautiful view of the ocean every morning. The place is a little hard to find if you are not from the island and not the greatest neighborhood, in the sense that it is and old neighborhood but it is very quiet and people are very friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

Our hosts, Andrew & Antonio could not haved given us a more enchanting time in Saint Maartin, than they gave myself & my family. This has been the best away experience that we have ever had. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The view is beyond beautiful. It is definitely a postcard view, capturing all the beauty that the Carribean has to offer. I celebrated my first birthday in 72 years in a warm climate. Andrew made sure it was one of the best birthday's ever. They went out of their way to make my birthday very special. The place is immaculte with all the modern conviences & beyond. We rented a car & had our own parking space right out front. Andrew & Antonio are special folks who will go out of there way to make sure you have the experience of your lifetime. When we return to Sint Maarteen we know where we will be staying. ------Gary ,Linda & Mariah

Hi Gary, Linda, and Mariah, Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words! Hosting the three of you was an absolute pleasure, and reading your review truly made our day. Gary, it was a genuine honor to help you celebrate such a special birthday. We are so glad that your first "warm weather" birthday in 72 years was one for the books! You and your family brought such a wonderful energy to the home, and knowing that we played a small part in making your Caribbean experience "post-card perfect" is exactly why we love hosting. We’re thrilled you enjoyed the views and the amenities. You were fantastic guests—respectful, communicative, and just lovely people to have around. The door is always open for you here in Sint Maarten. We look forward to seeing you all again for your next getaway! Warmly, Andrew & Antonio

This was a beautiful stay. It was a little difficult to find but after circling around a few times we got it together. The hosts were very sweet and informative; there wasn’t anything we couldn’t ask about. Neighborhood is very quiet all hours of the day that was a bonus. The place was in Phillipsburg, so be prepared to drive or ride back and forth a lot especially if you have a lot of plans towards the Simpson or Mullet Bay. Traffic can get pretty hectic.

Hi there! I'm Antonia, and I'm thrilled to share my slice of paradise with you. I'm originally from Skeldon, a small town in Guyana, but I've fallen completely in love with Point Blanche, this island, this vibrant town, this peaceful escape.

When I'm not preparing for guests, you'll find me spending time with the family , exploring new places, trying new local restaurants, relaxing by the water.
