WIth multiple levels (terraces) for everyone, whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee in the sun room overlooking the lake, soaking in the hot tub or sauna below, or going down to the lower level by the lake to roast s’mores by the fire, play cornhole, or take the paddle boards out… there is something here for everyone. This 5-bedroom retreat is the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.

**During the summer months (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend), you will receive amenity badges that allow you to access the following amenities in the Penn Estates community (in addition to all of the amenities offered at our home). During the offseason, these amenities will be closed.**

BEDROOMS

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a lakefront retreat in mind. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 w/ a king, 2 w/ a queen), a master bedroom (w/ a king) on the main floor and a bedroom in the basement with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each room is equipped with a TV and mini splits to control cold and hot air.

BATHROOMS

3 full bathrooms, 1 on each floor of the house. The main floor bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom as well as from the kitchen area. It includes a jacuzzi tub with a skylight and windows looking out to the lake.

KITCHEN & DINING

Kitchen includes all of the typical appliances along with many small appliances such as a blender, crock pot, toaster oven, coffee pot and keurig. It also has 4 high chairs for seating around the kitchen counter. Next to the kitchen is the open floor dining room with seating up to 10.

LIVING ROOM

The living room includes a spacious L shape couch, additional lounge seating, 65” inch flat screen TV and a electric fireplace for hanging and enjoying movie night or the latest sporting event.

SUNROOM

Newly added Sunroom is accessed through a sliding door by the dining room. It includes lounge seating, a gas fireplace, and plenty of board games. It’s perfect for a tranquil morning with coffee overlooking the lake or a late night cocktail.

GAMEROOM

Arguably our favorite area of the home. Downstairs you’ll find a leather couch in front of the gas fireplace, shuffleboard, 3 arcade games (including NBA Jam) a pool table, ping pong set, jumbo sized connect four, 2 beanie bags and a bar with 6 high chairs and a 65” inch TV. Sliding doors will take you right outside to the hot tub and sauna.

OUTDOOR

If you wanted the ultimate relaxing vacation and wanted to find a place where you could stay all weekend without getting bored then you’ve found it. Starting with the playground to the side of the house for kids enjoyment. Walk up the outdoor deck steps to a 10 person outdoor dining table, grill and lounge chairs overlooking the lake. Step down the stairs around the house to the middle terrace with plenty of space for outdoor hangs, a portable fireplace, hot tub and sauna. Venture down the rest of the stairs to the area closest to the lake to find our fire pit, cornhole pit, sundeck with lounge chairs, adirondack chairs for fishing or relaxing as close as you can get to the lake and kayaks, paddleboards and pedal boats. Want to stretch your legs, then take a 10 minute walk to the beach including a bike path around the backside of the lake.

We love pets just as much as you, but unfortunately at this moment pets are not allowed.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks, flood lights around the home, fire extinguishers and more for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form which will be sent to you after you book your stay. It’s a standard and very easy procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 6-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.
