Welcome to "The Dragonfly Den," your ultimate family-friendly lakeside headquarters! This fantastic 4-bedroom cottage is cleverly designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, making it perfect for larger families or groups with children. Two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with sturdy bunk beds (each sleeping two), which kids are sure to love!

The open and airy living space is perfect for gathering after a day of swimming and exploring, with a TV and satellite channels for evening relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen, including an oven/stove, refrigerator, and microwave, makes meal prep for the whole gang simple and convenient. Air conditioning keeps the cottage cool on warm summer days, and electric heat ensures coziness during cooler evenings. A 3-piece bathroom serves the cottage.

Located with easy access to the lake and outdoor activities, "The Dragonfly Den" is all about fun, comfort, and making those precious family memories. Kindly note that guests need to bring their own linens, towels, and tea towels.

Awesome property for a group of friends trying to hangout and have a good time. Owner was super helpful and understanding on various matters. Great beach access, where you can swim to various different islands and do cliff jumping. As you can see in the photo, there was also a water trampoline which the owners allowed us to use. On top of this, the owners provide kayaks and boats you can use to go into the water. Spacious cabins, and we were even granted an additional one complimentary. Overall great stay with all the amenities you could ask for, with a great value.

Terrible Experience – Completely Ruined Our Family Gathering

We had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this property. They call it a "Family Fun Lakehouse," but I would strongly disagree with that label.First, do NOT agree to any arrangements outside the Vrbo platform. If they call or message you directly, I highly recommend asking them to communicate through Vrbo only. We made the mistake of answering their call and ended up in a very uncomfortable situation after refusing to stay at the property.Second, this place is not a private property — it’s a cabin surrounded by several other cabins and RVs packed closely together. There is absolutely no privacy. The cabin itself was very small, poorly maintained, and not clean. It felt more like a run-down campground than a vacation rental.We ended up leaving and booking another place last minute because it was simply unacceptable for our family. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families with young children.Save yourself the stress — book elsewhere.

We were a group of 8 people and booked this cottage for 2 nights, but we had to leave after just one due to how uncomfortable the stay was. First of all, the Stove wasn’t working, so we couldn’t cook or use hot water properly. There were no basic necessities — not even hand soap, enough blankets, or proper kitchen supplies. For a group of 8, they only provided one small boat for 2 people, which made no sense. It felt like the place was not prepared at all for larger groups. There was only one AC unit in the whole house, and it didn’t cool down the other rooms, making it hard to sleep at night. On top of that, the beach was dirty and didn’t match the pictures at all. The place also had a musty smell, was not clean, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. There was no cell signal either, and the host was hard to reach. Overall, it was not worth the money. Poorly maintained, not group-friendly, and missing even the most basic essentials. Would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made.
