What makes our home stand out is the perfect mix of comfort, location, and thoughtful extras. You’ll enjoy a private heated pool, a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking essentials, and 4 bikes to explore the area. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, and having 3 full bathrooms means everyone has their own space. We’re close to Spring Training stadiums (including the Dodgers and Royals), State Farm Stadium, and scenic hiking trails — all while being tucked in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It’s the ideal spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Surprise and the Phoenix area have to offer.
