Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms offer a quiet escape whenever you need one. Bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, and room-darkening shades create an environment designed for genuine rest. Both bathrooms are stocked with essentials - towels, soap, and toilet paper - and provide hot water for a refreshing start each morning and a relaxing close to the evening.

 

Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen gives you the freedom to cook on your own terms. A refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and blender cover everything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed meal at home. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table complete the setup - whether you are settling in for a quiet evening in or refuelling between matches and city adventures.

The apartment sits on a single level with no internal stairs, and the building is equipped with an elevator - making every arrival and departure effortless. A personal safe and keypad self check-in let you manage your stay entirely on your own schedule. A rooftop pool and gym are also available within the building for those who want to unwind or stay active.

 

Neighbourhood

Colonia Americana puts some of Guadalajara's most celebrated dining, nightlife, and cultural experiences within easy walking distance. Public transportation, taxis, Uber, and DiDi are all readily accessible, making it simple to reach stadiums, fan zones, and every other corner of the city throughout your stay. A nearby laundromat adds convenience for longer visits.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

Important note: This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The space is naturally ventilated thanks to the local climate. Please keep this in mind before confirming your reservation to ensure it meets your needs.



Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 2* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $10* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.
