Important Note: For same-day bookings or reservations made after 9:00 p.m. the day before arrival, the apartment will be available from 6:00 p.m. onward.
Reminder: This accommodation does not have a parking space. We recommend that you keep this in mind when planning your arrival.
Staff will be available to receive you between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.; if you plan to arrive outside this window, kindly contact your host in advance.
To ensure smooth access, it is essential to provide the full names of all guests along with your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in restricted access by the condominium, for which Del Mar cannot be held responsible.
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Before departure, please remember to turn off the air conditioning and notify your host.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

*Pool reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (On Mondays, the pool is closed for maintenance)

Although these works do not directly affect the condominium facilities, we remind you that the entire plaza is under construction, we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.
-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.
