Living space

The open living area is built for real relaxation after full days out in the city. The TV anchors evenings in, Wifi keeps the group connected for planning ahead or winding down, and the single-level layout means no internal stairs to navigate. The building's elevator - at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide - makes moving between floors entirely effortless.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms spread across the unit sleep up to six guests, with three beds and three full bathrooms serving the group. Bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades are all in place, so settling in properly from day one takes no effort at all.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the Historic Center to a proper dinner shared around the dining table. A refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all ready to go. Towels and linens are provided as standard - the essentials are covered.

 

Bathrooms

All three bathrooms are stocked with the basics for a comfortable stay: hair dryer, conditioner, shower gel, and hot water throughout. Pack lighter - it's already handled.

1. Mandatory garbage disposal: All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells. It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.



2. Garbage Disposal Requirements: Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double. Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.



3. Liability for damage: Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
