For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. -The amenities provided are for the sustenance of a single night, upon arrival you will find supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo and body soap, it is necessary to take into account that they are complimentary and if you want more for your stay we recommend that you include them in your purchases. -In "Room 1," the second bed is discreetly located beneath the one visible in the photograph. It is a rollaway double bed, which means it needs to be rolled out from the bottom for use. -Each accommodation has a maximum guest limit, including adults, children, and infants. While the Airbnb platform does not count infants and children, the condominium does include them as guests in the total capacity, so we ask you to take this into consideration. If you wish to add extra guests after making your reservation, it is possible to do so with an additional charge for each additional guest, provided that the established limit for the accommodation is not exceeded. -The barbecue is under availability, reserving with 24 hrs in advance. -The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -Linens are not changed during your stay. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. -Parking is for one car only -We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption. -Pets are not allowed -The capacity of the lodging counts babies, children and adults alike. -No guests allowed -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls per person per night. -Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium do not depend on the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the holiday season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access to enter the condominium and later in the Lobby you will receive your key to access the unit.
