Resort Features Located within the Punta Esmeralda condominium, the property provides access to multiple shared amenities, including more than seven pools such as an infinity oceanfront pool, outdoor lounge areas, and a fitness center. Comfort and Amenities The condo is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi for your convenience. Long-term stays are welcome for 28 days or more, and self check-in via lockbox adds flexibility to your arrival. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access. Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
