This home sleeps up to 8 and features lightning-fast AT&T Fiber internet, smart TVs in every room, full amenities, a brand new hot tub, and a fenced-in backyard perfect for dogs! Enjoy the soft sand and sapphire blue coastline, only steps away from this hidden gem! 10 minutes drive to Downtown St. Augustine! Coastal calm and rejuvenation awaits!

Located just two blocks from the beach, you'll enjoy easy access to the serene shores of North Vilano Beach, known for its powdery soft sand and beautiful blue waters. Whether you're catching the sunrise, shell-hunting, or simply lounging under the sun, this quiet stretch of coastline offers a peaceful escape from the crowds.

Also just two blocks away is the newly renovated North Beach Park and the picturesque "Love Lock Bridge", a scenic pedestrian walkway where visitors leave locks as a symbol of lasting love above the Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway (A1A). Vilano Beach is a very exclusive and quiet beach community, and most homes here are within range of the water treatment plant, depending on which way the wind blows. The majority of our guests don't experience that thankfully!

Beautiful property and house with a stocked kitchen. Master bedroom is huge. It was a little further from the beach but walk was easy. Cameras outside are probably for security but not mentioned in description.

We can’t wait to go back! The Vilano beach house was perfect for our family and pups spring break getaway. The fenced in backyard was perfect for hanging out with the dogs while grilling dinner. The house is two short blocks from the beach access AND a shaded playground which was a bonus for our two kiddos, ages 3 and 5. The property was more than equipped with beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards and a beach wagon. Linens were top quality, and we were provided with an abundance of towels and starter toiletries. Kitchen appliances are also top notch with a Keurig and carafe for coffee options, toaster, blender, and adequate cookware. The listing you see is exactly what you will get, A all around!

There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping others create beautiful memories, and we’ve worked hard to make sure our place offers the comfort, convenience, and charm that make for an unforgettable beach getaway.

We currently live in Orlando with our two amazing kids—a son and a daughter—plus our two lovable dogs who keep us on our toes. Life is full and busy, but our Vilano Beach home is our sanctuary, a special place where we can slow down and reconnect. It means so much to us, and we’re excited to share that experience with you. Whether you're visiting for the first time or returning for another stay, we hope you feel right at home and fall in love with this little slice of coastal paradise just as we did.

Growing up, going to the beach was always our favorite kind of vacation. There was something magical about the salty breeze, the sound of the waves, and those long, carefree days spent in the sun. From a young age, we dreamed of one day having a place of our own near the water—somewhere we could escape to, relax, and make lifelong memories. That dream became a reality when we discovered Vilano Beach, a charming coastal gem just outside of St. Augustine. It's far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful and private, yet close enough to the heart of the action when we’re in the mood for great restaurants, live music, or a bit of nightlife. For us, it’s the perfect balance.

One of the things we love most about our home is its unbeatable location—perfectly situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Just a short stroll in either direction and you’re treated to stunning natural beauty, whether it’s the sandy shoreline of Vilano Beach or the calm, scenic waters of the Intracoastal. If you have access to a boat, your day can be as adventurous or relaxing as you like: start your morning fishing on the water, come back for a peaceful lunch in the cool comfort of the air-conditioned home, and then wind down with a quiet evening walk along the beach as the sun sets over the horizon. It’s truly the best of both worlds—and it’s all right outside your door.

Vilano Beach is also home to some of our favorite local spots for dining, where the seafood is always fresh and the atmosphere is always welcoming. We highly recommend checking out beloved local gems like Aunt Kate’s, Cap’s on the Water, and The Reef—all offering fantastic food, beautiful views, and that laid-back coastal charm that makes dining here feel special. And if you're in the mood for a quiet night in, there's a conveniently located Publix just minutes away where you can stock up on groceries and prepare your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen.

Beyond the location and activities, we’ve designed our home to offer a balance of practical living and luxurious comfort. Whether you're staying for a weekend or a longer getaway, the layout and amenities are thoughtfully curated to help you feel relaxed, refreshed, and right at home. From cozy bedrooms and spacious common areas to stylish finishes and inviting outdoor spaces, every detail is aimed at creating a space where lasting memories can be made.
