Emma Residence ligger i hotelområdet Cancun og er en dejlig ejendom ved stranden beliggende på stranden med det Caribiske Ocean mod Kvindeø.
Denne fantastiske bolig er for nylig blevet renoveret med mange nye opgraderinger og med fantastiske detaljer.

Lejlighedskomplekset er beliggende på stranden, og fra huset har du en fantastisk udsigt til Det Caribiske Hav, med en stor terrasse på stranden med 229 m² med grill, hvor du har direkte adgang til stranden. Du er ca. 5 til 10 minutter til det store område, f.eks. Indkøbscentre, restauranter og underholdning i hotelzonen eller fra centrum af byen med bus eller taxa.
Gåafstand har du adgang til det nye indkøbscenter, et af de største i Latinamerika.

Owner was as responsive, polite and helpful. Important considerations: (1) the beach in front of the house has a decaying broken down pier and there are always 6 boats docked, not a beach you can really swim in, (2) during the summer seaweed season, almost the entire beach and most of the water between the beach and the boats is completely filled with rotting seaweed and the smell enters the house, we could not spend much time in the house, by the private pool or beach, given health and safety issues of decomposing seaweed, (3) owner was responsive and eventually sent a clean up crew halfway through our trip. This was unfortunately not enough to make the beach useable, instead we walked 5 minutes up the road to a public beach that was relatively clean, (4) the house is large and comfortable for many people but keep in mind the faucets are leaky and partially clogged, water exits at angles, and there were large water bugs / roaches in the laundry room, bring extra towels and sheets for yourself (there is only one towel per person listed and one sheet set per bed), there are also no pantry or cleaning items, bring your own, otherwise the house was equipped as listed, (6) the listing did not mention that a 100 USD cash deposit was required for electricity use, this was received over email after booking.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the limited space does not allow me to address all the points in your review, but I would like to clarify the most important ones. The pier next to the property was damaged by a hurricane last year and is awaiting the insurance settlement. This does not prevent guests from enjoying or swimming at the beach; just 10 steps in either direction provides a wide beach area. Regarding the sargassum, as explained during your stay, this is a natural and seasonal phenomenon affecting Cancun and much of the Caribbean and is completely beyond our control. Nevertheless, we went beyond our responsibility and sent crews and trucks to clean the beach for your comfort. The maintenance and insect issues you mentioned were never reported to us. Had you done so, our staff would have addressed them immediately, as we did with every issue you reported during your stay Most importantly, I must correct your statement regarding the USD 100 electricity deposit. It is clearly disclosed in the Terms and Conditions/rental agreement included with the confirmed reservation. The letter sent seven days before arrival simply reminds guests of this condition. It is not an additional charge, and any unused balance is refunded, as it was in your case. Therefore, stating that it was only disclosed after booking is incorrect I wish I had more space to clarify the remaining points. We respect every guest’s opinion, but factual statements should accurately reflect the true

The kitchen had adequate pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc., I would recommend a couple of larger bowls for serving or to toss salads and such. The host was super easy to communicate with. The toaster handle broke and within the hour he had a new one delivered. He checked in during our stay to make sure everything was ok as well. There were several beach chairs and toys for our use which we appreciated. The beach was nice and we were able to easily walk the up and down the beach. The beach area is literally outside the door. There are many restaurants just a quick walk or uber ride away. The community is gated so we felt very safe. The unit is very spacious so we had plenty of room to hang out and relax. We would stay here again.

Amazing Family Vacation

We brought our six kids plus grandchildren and we had an amazing time. Daniel was super responsive and extremely helpful. The security at the gate was helpful. Great trip highly recommend.

The property is AMAZING!

Came here for my bachelorette trip and we had an absolute blast! The property itself was gorgeous and so spacious and clean. Exceeded my expectations. Daniel the host was phonemail - super accommodating and responsive answering any question we had. He reached out about a month out and connected us with a travel agent named Marianne who booked several excursions for us, recommended an airport transport company, and made the booking processes so seamless eliminating the need for hunting for safe and excursions that weren’t scams. She too was very responsive. She also connected us with Chef Erick who came to the house and cooked for us and was one of our favorite days sitting outside all together and having fish we caught on an excursion. Cannot recommend this place enough especially for a group! So much space and perfect location - felt very safe with the security at the beach and the gate. I am so glad we chose to stay here instead of a resort. Memories to last a lifetime!

Nice and big House

The house it is really nice, you have everything that you need and it is really big. The pool and the view is super nice. Daniel was always very responsive and fast. I’ll definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

Great Stay!

Spacious clean home on water (small beach). Walkable to restaurants and small store. Clean open floor plan. Secure. Pleasant security staff. Wading pool was a “God Send.” Highly recommend!

Villa’s N.A.-Ha

Place was excellent location. Very relaxing. Pictures need updated to current beach front. Boat Doc is in need of major repairs. Other than that, place was excellent. 24 hour security. Property was larger than expected, clean and ready when we arrived.

Very peaceful and great beachfront location.

Great house with lots of space. Everything was in great condition and had all of the kitchen utensils, cooking accessories, etc. Only minor complaint is that the pool isn’t heated and was really too cold for us to be able to use. Might be different in the summer months but wasn't enjoyable in January. Otherwise, no other complaints at all!

Hi Josh I hope you are doing well. Thank you for your comments, yes during your stayed was the most cold days in Cancun in last years,I'm sorry for that. In Cacnun nobody has an outside a cold pool either the most big top hotels, becasue is not necessary, 95% of the time in Cancun is hot a everybody needs a fresh water beleive me. We had a great stay at this property.

We were 11 people in our party and this property was the best every I have rented. It is very spacious, clean, gated, with amazing beach views, and we all felt very safe during our stay. Daniel and members of his staff were awesome. They guided and assisted us through our entire trip and we will definitely be back. Thanks Daniel, see you soon. Nimneh and Massa

We booked this property for my bachelorette and it was the perfect accommodation for 13 people. The space itself was well equipped, spacious and clean. There’s also a convenient store a few blocks away that we frequented daily. Daniel our host was great to work with and very responsive. He helped provide recommendation for transportation, private chef services and even in-house massages. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

Great place for big group

The house is great with a great view of the ocean. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom which was very convenient. The only thing I think should be included is extra toilet paper and potable water as essentials. Daniel did get us an extra bottle of water at my request which I was thankful. Communication with the host was easy and he answered within a reasonable time.

We leaved many toillet paper by bath, the same of potable water, but remember we don't provide hotel service, is a rental private residence. Great hosts

In addition to it being a great home to stay in for our vacation the host (Daniel) was excellent in ensuring we had a great experience. We we arrived one of the A/C units in the home had stopped working. I contacted the host and by the next afternoon he had a tech notion there to install a new unit to make sure we were comfortable for our stay. Would highly recommend staying here both for the level of service provided and the great location.
