Super cute place and great hosts! It was perfect for our group and the extra beach stuff in the closet, especially the wagon, saved us on our beach day.

So glad the place was a perfect fit for your group! Those little extras tucked in the closet really do come in handy, and there's nothing like having a wagon on hand to save the day on a beach trip. Thanks for the kind words about the hosts, too, and we'd love to welcome you all back anytime.

This house was super cute! It was the perfect amount of space for us and was a great way to celebrate my sister turning 30! It was a close drive to Rosemary, Inlet and Alys Beaches. When we arrived there was not any shampoo or conditioner in the house and with a quick text the property manager sent someone over within 12 hours with amenity boxes for the bathrooms! Great customer service and a great place to stay!

The communication from property management was good, and in general, the house was nice. However, the oven didn't work (which they did communicate to us on the day we arrived), the sink drain was not clean, and the refrigerator water spout was moldy and disgusting. The pool code was not correct, and it took 2 hours to get the correct one. Also, the location information on the listing was misleading. On the map, it appeared to be south of highway 98. In reality, it was north of 98. The listing claimed it was a 10 minute walk to the beach; it was twice that long (which makes a big difference when traveling with young children!). This was a disappointment, since we had canceled a different reservation thinking we would be closer to the beach. It was walkable to some nice shops and restaurants, which we appreciated.

Thank you for the detailed and balanced review, and we appreciate you noting that communication was good and the walkable shops and restaurants were a plus. We're sorry the cleanliness items and the oven took away from your stay, and that the pool code held you up on arrival. Those issues have been shared with the team responsible for the home so they can be inspected and addressed, and we've also passed along your notes so the listing information can be reviewed for accuracy. We appreciate you taking the time to lay this out. Should you consider staying with us again, we'd welcome the chance to provide a smoother stay.
