➤ Safeway Grocery – 4 minutes

House Rules:
☆No parties or event

☆Quiet hours: 9pm–8am

☆4WD recommended during winter storms

☆Respect HOA amenities & hours

☆No smoking inside the unit

☆No pets allow at all due to the owners severe allergies.

☆There is only 1 parking permit. Therefore, you will only be allowed to bring 1 vehicle. Others will have to park at their discretion.
○ The parking pass is required to be returned before guest leaves. Guest can mail pass back to us- if we don’t receive it with 7 days of check out you will be charged $50 for a replacement.
○ No pets are allowed
○ Smoking is NOT allowed
○ No early check-in or late check-outs.
○ No unregistered guests allowed.
○ No food or drinks in the bunk-room please.
○ Quiet hours after 10PM.
○ Fines apply for damaged furnishings.
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver`s license prior to check-in
○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
○ Clubhouse Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pool Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
