Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #3 (the sunroom) includes a queen size futon, a smart tv, and an ensuite half bathroom with a single vanity.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available.
• This home is located right next door to its sister property, Sportman's Den. For larger groups, we recommend booking River Bend Retreat, which combines both homes into one spacious retreat - perfect for groups who want to stay close and enjoy access to both properties.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located under the carport and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) a Ring doorbell located at the front door and actively monitoring the front porch.
