Guests will have full private and exclusive access to the property.
Please note, however, that in order to maintain our beautiful grounds we do have weekly landscaping and pool maintenance on property. In order for our maintenance team to perform their job there is potential for workers to enter through the backyard gates.
Your comfort and satisfaction is our top priority. Should need anything during your stay please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly via phone, text, or platform message.
Please note that in order to maintain our beautiful grounds we do have weekly landscaping and pool maintenance on property. In order for our maintenance team to perform their job there is potential for workers to enter through the backyard.
Landscapers come every other Monday morning.
Pool cleaners come every Tuesday morning.
Trash pickup on Mondays, Recycling pickup on Fridays (we have a service that will bring out and collect the bins for pickup).
We have a total of 3 exterior cameras: Camera #1 is in our front entryway, mounted above the garage door. Camera #2 is on right side of the house, and monitors the side gate and pool area. Camera #3 is in the backyard, and monitors the pool equipment, turf area, and alley gate.

No events, no parties, no exceptions. max occupancy of 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children) (including visitors) on site at anytime. Please disclose if you will have additional guests or visitors on-site other than those reserved for.
Swim suits are required for pool use. Please no nudity.
No pets allowed
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors that are sensitive to loud noise. We have strict quiet hours of 9pm to 9am. It is very important to us that you enjoy your experience with but we must have the upmost respect for our neighbors peace and enjoyment as well. No outside music after 9pm.
Additional $25/person per night fee after 6 guests. On-site max occupancy is 8 guests.
No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. We ask that children and minors under 18 not to be left unattended on property.
We have a strict no tolerance policy regarding the pool equipment. Guests are not to access or touch the equipment located in back corner of the property. Mishandling of the equipment can burn out the pumps and cause costly damage. If you have any issues or questions regarding the pool please do not hesitate to ask.
We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the home. Violation of this policy is subject to a $250 USD fine.
We have a total of 3 exterior cameras: Camera #1 is in our front entryway, mounted above the garage door. Camera #2 is on right side of the house, and monitors the side gate and pool area. Camera #3 is in the backyard, and monitors the pool equipment, turf area, and alley gate.
