Casa Kokoni is nestled in a serene residential area, surrounded by the lush beauty of the Mayan jungle. This tranquil setting fosters a community, where neighbors know one another, creating a sense of safety and connection.
While the road to the house retains its natural, unpaved charm, it adds to the feeling of adventure and authenticity that defines the Tulum experience.
Additionally, the villa is powered by the local grid, and while rare, brief electricity interruptions may occur.
Also we are in the jungle, surronded by wonderful nature so insect can be found on the garden area, and sometimes inside the house if you leave the mosquito nets open.

Please note the electricity is not fully covered: long term reservations after the fifteen day will charge the electricity - the cost is 3.5 pesos el KW.
