Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the layout, overall vibe, and had a smooth check-in with great communication throughout your stay. We appreciate you pointing out the areas that needed additional attention in the kitchen, as well as the issue with fruit flies. This is not the level of cleanliness we aim to provide, and we’ve shared your feedback with our housekeeping team to ensure these details are more thoroughly addressed moving forward. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so glad to hear you’d book again next year. We’d love to host you again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay overall and found the home very clean — and clever thinking with the vinegar solution! We truly appreciate you flagging both the gnats in the kitchen and the bedroom door issue with the bunk room; that feedback has been taken on board so we can address it. We would love to welcome you and your family back anytime!

Thanks so much, John! We're glad to hear everything was perfect for your stay. Looking forward to hosting you again next time!

We're glad the home's space, comfortable beds, and pool worked well for your group, and it's great to hear arrival was smooth. That said, we're sorry the cleanliness at check-in didn't reflect the level of care we aim to provide. The concerns you raised have been shared with the team responsible for the home, and a full review of the housekeeping standards for this property is underway. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and should you consider staying with us again, we'd welcome the chance to show you the arrival experience we intend.

We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns you encountered during your stay with us. Our team of housekeepers takes pride in their cleanliness standards, as it is a top priority service we provide for every guest prior to check-in. This has been forwarded to our local manager to avoid future complaints. We do hope we will have another chance to host your stay next time.

A shaded plunge pool in the afternoon is hard to beat in that heat, and we are glad it was such a good part of your stay at Peaceful Paradise. It is also good to hear the townhouse felt spacious and well-kept, and that the safety features gave you peace of mind. Thank you for sharing, and we look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip to Corpus Christi.

Thank you for the great review! We're so glad the home was just as described and offered a clean, comfortable space for your family of seven, with easy check-in and check-out and a great location to top it off. We'd love to welcome you all back anytime.
