For the health and safety of all my guests, the Just Fir Two A-Frame will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival.

In Washington State, the fine for misrepresenting an animal as a service animal is up to $500. This is considered a civil infraction and can occur when someone knows or should have known that the animal doesn't meet the legal definition of a service animal.

*Not suitable for children, toddlers, or crawling/walking infants. There are no safety locks on cabinets, gates on stairs, or any babyproofing of any kind. There are no cribs, playpens, etc. available.


A Very private two-person hot tub, (beach towels provided), custom fire pit, gas BBQ, and a *fun and unique* two-person swing!

For your safety & security of the property, there are 2 *Arlo cameras. One is located on the laundry shed. It faces the property driveway/parking area only & will remain on during your stay. It *does not* record inside the A-Frame, the porch, fire-pit, swing or hot tub areas. The other camera is located on the porch for security of the A-Frame entrance.
Please be assured your privacy and comfort are top priority. Therefore, the porch camera will be disabled upon your arrival.
If for any reason you feel uncomfortable you may place a small cloth or towel over this camera during your stay. My properties are remote, and security is needed when no one is there. Thank you for your understanding.

The full-size kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials, a glass-top stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster and toaster oven, waffle maker and water dispenser. Also, oil, vinegar, a few spices, coffee pods, tea, cream, & sugar.

*I definitely recommend stopping at a major grocery store & bringing a cooler prior to arriving to Ashford. Other than the 2 very small & expensive stores in Ashford, the closest stores are about 45 minutes away. At this time the gas station in Ashford is being renovated & there is no gas available. Be sure to fill up prior to arriving in Ashford.

If you plan to have a fire in the fire-pit, typically there is firewood available for you, but please bring newspaper or some kind of fire starter.

Wireless speaker, charging station, Smart T.V, & the highest speed internet available.

The A-Frame is on a community well that is tested for safety. It is mountain water, high in iron, therefore drinking/cooking water is provided.

The A-Frame is on a septic system.
No garbage disposal

Cell service is spotty in the area. Verizon and T-Mobile have the best coverage in the area & works well.
