LOVE this property!!! This was our 4th stay and each time we never want to leave!! The location couldn’t be better whether it’s sitting on the patio watching the boats go by or enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Old town is just steps away with quaint little shops and some great restaurants. We had some great weather, did some fishing and crabbing and enjoyed some amazing meals in town. We’re already taking about our next visit!

Perfect location

Beautifully furnished condo right on the river and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Exceeded our expectations. Will stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We so enjoyed our stay here. The condo is comfortable---bed was great. The view of the river from the living area and bedrooms is gorgeous. The condo is well stocked with anything you need. We hope to go back soon.

Superb!

We stayed here with our 3 kids, and it was just right for us! The property itself is extremely clean, the views are phenomenal, and I loved being able to walk down the street to get coffee every morning with our baby. The check in process was simple and easy, this unit had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Also the bath tubs are super deep! Very luxurious and fun for our kids too. Thank you for letting us stay, we will be back next year - if we can snatch it up in time!

Perfect Getaway

We were on a summer road trip and came across this listing that was wheelchair accessible and pet friendly. We were blown away by the location and amenities. So comfortable and not your typical cheap amenities. We actually ordered the same dishes on our way back home and want to get the roll down blinds. My 10 year old wanted to move there. If we are ever back in the area, we will certainly come back.

Great View

This was our second visit, we all loved watching the tide going in and out, and all the birds on the river. Great place to take pictures of the beautiful art deco bridge, we walked to everything, the local restaurants were very busy so I recommend reservations to the more popular places. The beds were comfortable, lots of kitchen supplies and good TV channels. My one and only negative would be I think the carpet is over due for a good cleaning, there were lots of spots. Otherwise I'll definitely return again.

Pink moon siting. We were lucky with the weather. Outstanding stay

Very spacious place. Super location. Enjoyed the layout of the place since we had 1 other guest for 3 of the 5 days. Two separate spacious rooms with separate bathrooms. We brought our two black labs which there is an area to the left of the building they were able to go out in the morning bye themselves or if your prefer just across the street is a nice open lot with room to run if needed. You have to visit Hacienda Lighthouse. Great old town restraunts with great food choices. First time staying in the area. Old town was great and if you are not into that they have the newer side of town for back up plans.

Great condo, noisy neighbors

The condo was everything we expected and more. The floor plan is great and the house is well stocked with supplies to make the trip feel like home. The views of the river and bridge were spectacular. We would have given this 5 stars but the neighbors were not considerate. Both nights loud music was blaring until 2am along with what sounded like jumping. It was enough that we asked them to turn the music down at 1am. We were meet politely with apologies, but the music continued. We would hope the owners of this condo would be able to create a relationship with the neighbors to be considerate of others especially in a condo built with thin walls.

Great Central Location and Cute Views

We really enjoyed the location of the property. It's in old town Florence with lots of cute shopping and dining, all walkable. It's also central to a lot of hiking and other outdoor activities and destinations. The property itself has a beautiful riverfront view on the Siuslaw River. The primary bedroom bed wasn't super comfortable and the carpet throughout the condo is worn and stained in some spots. The tv in the main room was super laggy and almost useless. As a result we mostly used the tv in the primary bedroom when we wanted to watch shows and unwind. All the supplies for morning coffee were there, which was much appreciated! But we couldn't find salt for the few items we cooked. Other than that, there was a decent supply of dishes and cookware and basics for the kitchen. All in all, a great place to crash while we explored the area.

Best condo we've stayed in

We love this place and will be back again. We have stayed in several different condos in Florence old town and come here regularly since we live only an hour away. This is our favorite thus far. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, well equipped, and great location. We walked to everything. The best coffee is half a block away. Our favorite Florence restaurant, Restobar, is about a block down. Get the parm halibut, you won't be sad. The condo space is divided nicely. Two bedroom, two bath with the living room and kitchen in the middle. Plenty of privacy for two couples to share a nice weekend. You'll have to flip a coin for the master bedroom as it's a little nicer than the other. However both are nice and the second bedroom is attached to the bathroom so it functions like a master. The beds are quite firm. Too firm for me but my husband loved them, story of our life. The view of the water can't be beat. The bridge is beautiful, and there are lots of boats, birds, and sea lions to watch. There is a little road noise from the bridge but not too bad. Parking is easy and convenient.

Original reservation had a health-related issue but the owner reached out to us promptly and helped us make alternate arrangements, which turned out to be very nice. The owner was very gracious in how the entire situation was handled. We had a very enjoyable trip. was

Lovely water and bridge view in Florence

So pleasantly surprised at how perfect this condo is. Furnished very nicely and beds were very comfortable with nice linens. We only used the kitchen to make coffee and warm a few things up but we could have made all our meals it’s stocked that well. As we walked in, the water was sparkling, the forest and the dunes were right there. Lucky we had sun and we made use of the patio. Dog friendly and the whole process was very easy. Totally recommend.

Condo in Florence

My partner and I both own Vacation rentals and we know the work that goes into them. This condo was awesome and set up to a T. There is nothing we could think of that was not supplied. 2 types of coffee makers with coffee, teas, sugar , cream. Everything one would need to cook including a drawer full of spices. Perfect Housekeeping. Great place to stay.

Great view of the full moon!

Our visit coincided with the Blue Supermoon. It was beautiful to watch the moon rise over the bridge. Everything in the condo was spotless. 100% recommend!
