The Manoir de la Bergeronnerie is a family property for 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and a swimming pool.
Come and stay here to discover the Châteaux of the Loire or simply to enjoy a wonderful family holiday.
In the heart of the Châteaux of the Loire, 10 minutes from Amboise, 20 minutes from Chenonceau and 25 minutes from Tours.
This is the first time we have rented out our house, building on our 15 years' experience with our 4 rental flats, in our house at the foot of Amboise castle, VillaConcorde (also listed on VRBO).
Mansion of 300m2.
Nestled in 2400m² of wooded grounds, in the heart of a village, with all amenities within walking distance, the house offers a green and intimate setting, ideal for relaxing with the family. There's plenty of space inside, as well as 2 outdoor terraces ideal for summer meals, and a secure (but not fenced) 4 x 8 metre swimming pool to cool off in throughout the day.

Ground floor: Beautiful entrance hall, lounge/dining room, fireplace, piano, reception room, very large kitchen (35 M2), wc, utility room.
1st floor: 4 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 2 wc.
2nd floor: 1 very large bedroom and an adjoining bedroom.
Large garden/park, planted with trees and fenced.
Parking spaces for several cars in the property.
1 electric car charging point.
The house is ideally located for exploring the region and its châteaux, or simply for a relaxing holiday by the pool.

With 15 years experience with Villaconcorde in Amboise ( in VRBO) a town house from the 17th century, I'm very happy w, to host in La Bergeronnerie 10 minutes driving from Amboise.

All amenities are just a few minutes' walk away in the village, including a bakery, butcher's, supermarket and pizza shop.
