The living room offers a plush couch and armchairs, and sliding doors open to a large private balcony where you can relax as you overlook the rushing Deschutes River and the scenic Deschutes River Trail. 12 miles of paths along the river for walking and bike riding. The balcony overlooks the lush Pioneer Park to the south and the First Street Rapids Park, a popular river access point for canoes and kayaks, to the north. Downtown Bend, with its array of craft breweries, boutique shops, and award-winning restaurants, is a short stroll away. Explore local favorites like Drake Park, Mirror Pond, the Old Mill District, and the Hayden Homes Amphitheater—or head to Mt. This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa as well as a twin-size sleeper chair in the living room. The bedroom includes a king size bed, a large desk, helpful if you are working remotely, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Full-size washer and dryer in home.

• Parking for 1 vehicle available.

• This home is dog friendly, please see the below guidelines.

• A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home.

• Large fenced pet potty area with a river view just downstairs from the unit.

• Other than in the potty area, guests must always keep dogs on leash when outside the unit.

• Unattended dogs must be kept in a kennel.

• Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet, per night that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Guests will be charged additional fees for any damages caused by the pet.
