• Security Cameras: Exterior cameras are installed for your safety and activate when motion is detected.
• Street Noise: Due to its location on a busy street, you may hear music, street noise, or roosters from nearby areas.
• Units are not connected, its a two story house.

Amenities:
We are dedicated to ensuring your stay is both comfortable and convenient. For your ease, we provide two trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one dish sponge. Each bathroom features dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also supply one bath towel per guest. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided. We hope these amenities contribute to a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Should you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Please note that the house does not have a generator or cistern, which means there may be instances where water or electricity could be interrupted without prior notice. For security purposes, there are cameras installed on the exterior of the property that activate when motion is detected.

Please be aware that, due to the apartment`s location on a busy street, you may hear street noise and music from nearby establishments, as well as roosters from the surrounding area. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a wonderful visit!

If water or electricity is disrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for the unused nights. However, refunds will not be provided for nights that have already been used

3. No pets allowed.
4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew.
8. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost or broken keys incur a replacement fee of $50. If lock need to be replaced it will also be charged. (If it applies)
11. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
13. Please do your dishes.
14. Please take the trash out before you leave.
15. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. (Penalty Fee)
16. Do not hang towels from balcony or windows
17. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. (Towels will be charged)
