Indra Waves resort is a wonderful home away from home. Direct access to the beach without having to cross the street. This bright condo offers incredible views of the white, sandy beach and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico views from your balcony. Master Bedroom has KING bed and a FLAT SCREEN TV, and gulf view with balcony access. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and a FLATSCREEN TV. The condo has 2 full bathrooms. There is full size washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit. The full-sized kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals, while the spacious living area offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. There is wireless internet access throughout the residence. This condo can accommodate 4 adults over the age of 25. For families, we allow 2 additional children for a maximum capacity of 6 guests. What You’ll Love About This Space: ✨ • Fully Equipped Kitchen – Cook with ease using full-sized appliances, including a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware.We have both Keurig & Standard Coffee Maker for you to enjoy your morning coffee. • In-Unit Washer & Dryer – Keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay. • Seasonal fireworks displays right from your private balcony. • You are just steps away from the famous M.B. Miller County Pier where you can enjoy fishing, spectacular views and taking perfect family pictures. • Explore nearby attractions like Shipwrecked Waterpark, Zoo World, and Pier Park, all within a short driving distance. • There are many popular retailers nearby such as Target, Whole Foods, Publix and Walmart. Important NOTICE: • At least one person 25 years of age is required for check-in. • NO PETS. HOA does not allow pets. If a pet is found afterwards, a $500 cleaning fee will be imposed. • No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. • While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. • ~ Silicone wristbands will be provided and must be returned at checkout. A fee of $20 per band will be charged for any unreturned wristbands. ~2 shared swimming Pools (includes 1 Heated pool - heated until March) • After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and parking fee is an additional $50.00 per vehicle. We will sent parking registration email to pay the parking fee few days before your arrival. • Garage length is 7’. No scooters, golf carts, boats or trailers permitted. • No Parties & No Smoking – Violations may result in immediate eviction with no refund. • Strict Parking Enforcement – Parking is limited, so please: Display your parking pass properly. Park between the lines to avoid frustration for other guests. Be mindful during peak seasons when parking can be tight. We had a great week! The condo is well equipped and had some really nice touches, like games, puzzles, books, beach chairs, and extra cabinets in the kitchen for food storage. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pool.

Overall , we liked everything, good location, very good view. Only thing is it is missing some things, such as clothes hangers, better condition pans in the kitchen and fuller pillows.

This is the place to stay. The overall experience was awesome. The owner was very responsive. The beds were so comfortable and everything we needed was available. The view was a million dollar view right on the beach. There is nothing I would have changed for this experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with great pots and pans. The refrigerator has a icemaker which was a lifesaver. Overall this is the place to stay it is a 5 star .
