This charming 3-bedroom apartment blends modern comfort with historic character, creating a stylish and welcoming retreat for families, friends, or business travelers exploring the city.



Bedroom 1

A second thoughtfully designed bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, cozy touches, and a calm atmosphere for a restful stay.

Ideal for additional guests or kids, this inviting room offers a full bed and a warm, comfortable setting for a good night’s sleep.

Bright and spacious, the living room is designed for comfort and connection, with stylish seating and a sleek 55" smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or enjoying movie nights together. (Please note there is no sofa bed.)

Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: All reservations include a $35 damage protection charge covering accidental damages up to $150.



GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.



Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.



Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :



1 - 4 Nights: $25 per Night

5 -29 Nights: $200

30+ Nights: $300
