Loved this house! We enjoy cooking breakfast and they had everything we needed. Best spot to have coffee and watch the golfers. The mountains were the best view.

Great location!

We were in town for the BNP Paribas Tennis Open and this was a perfect place to stay. The home is large and bright with stunning views. Check-in was simple and pre-stay communication with property manager was great. Although listing says 2 bedrooms, there is a third bedroom with two twin beds. We would consider staying there again.

Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good experience here for the fourth year in a row. This condo has a beautiful Mountain View and is in a good location in PGA West. It needs some updating (bathrooms, lighting, living room furniture), but everything works fine and Property Manager is excellent at addressing anything that comes up. We will stay there again!

6/10 Okay

Lots of minor repairs needed.

We have stayed at this great property many times and have always enjoyed it. One of the main things that we like is the fire pit on the patio at night. We realized right away it wasn't working and we were assured that it would be fixed. It never was. We asked that the filthy carpets be cleaned and even offered to pay - never got done. Slats in the master were falling off (and were in previous years) thus the early morning sun came in way too early. Screen out to back patio ripped and has been for years so we could never open the glass door on nice days. Overall, this is a great property that needs some attention.

Good Afternoon All, Yes, we agree that these guests have stayed many times. We had told these guests all the fire pit needed was a propane tank refill which and the carpets were completely ok as the guests have a dog that would require the carpets to be cleaned weekly anyways by these guests which they never did. Nevertheless, we dad to deep clean the entire house as these guests left our amazing house absolutely disgusting in many ways as our owners arrived the night of there departure and went to a local hotel as they were so upset with these guests. It took 6 cleaning gals and 4 carpet cleaners almost 3 days to put the house cleanliness back to its original amazing condition. We hope you read our other 5-star reviews and remember there are always 2 sides to every story. Thank You, Vacation Rentals...

Great views and Location!

The unit is great! It is a very large unit which had plenty of space for everyone. The views were amazing. And the location is perfect, there are two pools very close by and a third just a few steps beyond those. Well worth a visit and we would definitely stay again!

Spacious Condo Dream Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good experience for first time, good views, good neighbors, villa was good for guests and entertaining. Needed carpet spots cleaned, patio doors were very dirty upon arrival which took away from the awesome views, which I cleaned prior to guests arriving, window in bar area lock needed attention, side bar window seal broken and wind blew in dirt and debris, shower door leaked water underneath out to main part of bath, walls in two guest bathrooms toilet area needed washed (which I did), as it looked like someone had been sick on the walls, broken blinds in master bedroom and larger guest room at patio doors which I noted to management and outside grill did not work. Management was awesome and responded to bug issue immediately and also fixed a shower head issue in guest bath. Overall it was awesome and would love to rent the villa again.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 26. maj 2022
Thank you for your feedback, we will look into each issue to get it rectified as well as have a talk with our cleaning team. We wish you would have given us a call - we would have sent the cleaning team right away to do a better job, we would never want our guests to clean upon their arrival. We look forward to hosting another stay of yours in the future.
