Had an amazing experience in Orange beach! The condo had wonderful beachfront views with a clean and comfortable condo. Will absolutely stay here again!

This condo is in a really nice location. The condo itself was pretty clean; however, for about 550/night, I'd expect the furniture to not be so old and outdated. The bed sunk in when we laid down in it, so it's been around for quite a while. I tried to get information concerning the chair and umbrella service, but the host never responded. The chair and umbrella service is available for purchase, not included in the cost of the condo. Additionally, the tv's are ancient. They aren't even smart tv's. With both Wimbledon and the World Cup on while we were there, we were extremely disappointed that the TV and cable/dish system was so outdated that it didn't provide the networks streaming them. We had to watch on my computer, which seemed kind of ridiculous. I'd go back and stay at the same facility, but not this condo.

Great Family Vacation!

We stayed here for four days with our 4 year old and one year old (brought pack and play). We had a great time. We loved that it was on the beach and so did the little ones! We stayed at Phoenix 2 and enjoyed that you could share the amenities with the other three buildings. Check in was easy, the condo was clean and enough room for our little family.The location was perfect, with tons of options for everyone! We even went to an arcade on a rainy day less than half a mile away. Thank you for helping us make memories that will last forever! We will be back!

Week at the beach

Overall the condo was great, your typical sand everywhere which didn’t bother us too much. The biggest problems was the bathtub wouldn’t drain. You were constantly standing in ankle deep water. The kitchen was stocked with all Pots, pans, and crock pot! The pillows were horrible, I recommend bringing your own.

Not bad for the money

Check in was ok. Took several searches and conversations to obtain the Wi-Fi code. Window. Construction in building was annoying. Sink in bedroom was clogged and I fixable even with plunging. Broken chair on deck unusable. Overall unit could use a little more attention. Ok for the price point not really major issues

Great location, needs upgrades

The unit needs updating and flooring in master bedroom replaced. With a little TLC and few upgrades, it is an ideal location.

Had a great time at Phoenix 2.

Overall we had a great time. the place was very clean and well kept. All amenities were open and working properly. We did have one problem with the flood alert button on the temp control unit. It came on about 2 hours after we got in the room and it cut off all of our water. We had to get a maintenance man up to the room to reset the unit in the utility closet. You may want to look into this problem and try to correct it permanently. Brian Lintz.

This Unit was located in one of the Phoenix complexes (this company will not let me be more specific on location---view TripAdvisor) was convenient to the elevator but not so close as to be disturbed by it. 1st problem we had we couldn't get the slider door unlocked to go out on the balcony. I made 2 calls to front desk that evening. Called front desk again next morning. Waited a hour, personally went to front desk and asked to have door looked at. The man at the desk said he would be over shortly, waited another hour, couldn't wait longer as we had plans to go sightseeing. When we got back 3 hours later, door still not fixed. I heard someone outside our door and spoke to a housekeeping supervisor, explained the problem and she immediately contacted someone. A maintenance man came within 5 minutes. He also had difficulty getting door unlocked but finally got it open and told us not to lock it back. He said he would put a work order in to get lock replaced. Also, unit was not clean--just surface cleaned. Dusty light fixtures, dusty, greasy kitchen doors, dirty bathroom doors, mold on tub curtain. We left the unit cleaner than we found it...sorry, but we have been coming to Gulf Shores for years and have stayed at different units in the Phoenix. This one left a bad taste for us. Wish I could submit pictures to verify my descriptions 🙁

Sandy: I am sorry that you encountered some issues with your sliding glass balcony door. We are certainly investigating why this took so long to address by our staff. I am pleased to report that it has been repaired and is working correctly now. We have also deep cleaned the condo and will be addressing our housekeeping staff. We work hard to offer comfortable accommodations and will use your remarks to further train and motivate our staff.
