We sincerely apologize, however, for the issues you encountered with the mattress, shower doors, fan switch, and cleanliness. This is not the level of quality or comfort we want our guests to experience. We’ve created a follow-up work order for our maintenance and housekeeping teams to address the mattress replacement, repair the shower doors and bathroom fan switch, and ensure a more thorough deep clean of the condo, including furniture and vents. We truly value your comments, as they help us identify where we need to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a much smoother and more comfortable stay.
