PARKING

You’ll have 2 garage spaces plus 2 driveway spaces. Street parking is not permitted by the HOA.

HOUSE RULES

This is a quiet residential community, and we ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors.

• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children.
• No parties, events or unauthorized gatherings.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home or in pool/common areas.

PET POLICY

Dogs are welcome on stays of 7+ nights with prior approval.

• $100 dog fee per stay
• Maximum 2 dogs
• Breed and size must be provided for approval
• Dogs must be house-trained and may not be left unattended
