You’ll spend days sledding, skiing Hunter, Windham, or Belleayre, then explore Kartrite—New York’s largest indoor water park—LEGOLAND, Resorts World Casino, and indoor archery. Stroll through charming Livingston Manor for boutiques and award-winning dining, including the James Beard–recognized DeBruce, then unwind in the outdoor hot tub and cozy up by the fire.
You’re invited to make Hunter House your winter home in the mountains—a cozy 3,500 sq ft escape where your family & friends can slow down, laugh hard, and make memories that feel like tradition.
Here, you’ll wake to the scent of freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, step outside and breathe in crisp mountain air, and watch snow fall over 20 private acres. Your kids will race to the sledding hills while you slip into the hot tub with steam rising into the winter sky.
Inside, you’ll cook together in the chef’s kitchen, host pancake mornings and holiday feasts, then curl up by the fireplace for board games, movies, and marshmallows. I fell in love with this neighborhood because it’s the perfect mix of peaceful nature and charming small-town vibes. Tucked into the Catskills, it feels like a true escape — quiet mornings, starry nights, and fresh mountain air. But just a short drive away, you’ll find local shops, cute cafés, scenic hikes, lakes, and family-friendly spots to explore.
What I love most is how relaxing it feels here. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck, hitting a nearby trail, or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, it’s the kind of place that helps you slow down and soak it all in.
