We prioritize your comfort by offering a variety of pillows (soft, medium, firm, and extra-tall) and light, fluffy comforters to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Guarantee CLEAN-- we wash everything every time~ blankets, comforters, all towels, no exceptions!

IMPORTANT NOTES
QUIET HOURS
**Quiet Hours 11pm - 8am**
Our community is amazing, homey, and we want it to feel like home for you too! We all MUST be respectful of other owners as the chalet homes are all in close proximity to one another. Our HOA has implemented fees for loud noises outside after 11 pm. If you plan to party or be loud outside after 11 pm, this is NOT the right place for you. No events or parties allowed.

PARKING
**Our community has 30 chalets that each have 2 designated parking lots (matching the address number). There are also several visitor parking spaces as well. If you park in a number other than the designated spot our HOA charges a fine. There is approximately a 3min walk from the top parking lot to the home. The bottom lot does not require stairs, but the top lot does. We recommend unloading before parking. Please reference detailed check-in instruction photos. NO TRAILERS INSIDE the community gates at anytime. Trailer parking is allowed OUTSIDE the gates on a first come first serve basis **

NO FIREWORKS
**There are absolutely NO fireworks allowed at any time within our gates community: This includes off the docks.**

SEPTIC RULES
**Flush ONLY toilet paper please! All chalets have a special grinder septic system that is sensitive to flushable wipes, feminine hygiene products or anything else besides toilet paper. The last thing we ALL want is for your vacation to be doo-doo. Please help remind all guests in your party of these rules.

PETS ONLY UPON REQUEST
**We do only allow pets with prior owner approval. All pets must be under 20 lbs. Pets are not allowed on furniture any time. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. We provide doggie bags. Please bag all waste and dispose of in outdoor dumpsters. If these rules are violated your reservation is at risk of cancellation at any time and you will be charged a fee.**

NO SMOKING
**We have zero tolerance policy to smoking in or outside at our property and you will be charged a fine.** *

WELCOME EMAIL

Hello guest!

I've attached our Welcome Guide which should answer any questions you may have, but please feel free to reach out with any other questions or needs.
A couple of the most important points that I will re-emphasize is to please tell everyone in your party these few things:

1. ONLY toilet paper can be flushed - we're on a special grinder septic system and flushable wipes, feminine hygiene products or anything else cannot be flushed or it will clog and break the system which will leave you without water during your stay and incur repair charges. We heard from our friends who own another chalet in the community that one if their renters forgot to tell just one person in their party and this person broke the septic totally ruining their vacation (plus costs a lot of money), so please share this with everyone!

2. Please park only in parking spaces marked 152 (there is one in the top parking lot and one in the bottom parking lot) or any of the many parking spots marked 'Visitor'. You are welcome to pull up to the bottom of the stairs to load/unload for up to 15 minutes. I marked the two parking spots in red.

3. Please bring all loud gatherings inside by 11pm. There is strict 'Quiet Time' policy that is enforced by the HOA from 11 pm to 8 am and every reported incident incurs a large fine. We want you to have lots of fun, but please bring any loud fun inside with the doors closed by 11.

4. There are NO FIREWORKS....even off the docks. Our community of 30 chalets is all dry wood and would catch fire and spread very very fast. Please know, the HOA will fine us if you or anyone in your party lets off any fireworks.

5. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. Please respect these times so our cleaners can access on time and have the time they need.

6. If you reserved & paid the fee for the boat slip, it is all set for you (You have the very end slip on the right labeled 152. If you have a trailer can be parked at our community trailer parking that is just outside the community or it can be parked on the side of the entrance just outside the gate if there is space. Please know, trailers cannot come inside of the community gates.

We are so happy to host you in our lake house and hope you have a wonderful stay! If your visit is anything less than 5 stars, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.
