Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 13 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom includes a king bed with a premium mattress and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while a third includes a full-over-full bunk bed. The detached casita provides additional sleeping space with a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a twin sleeper sofa. Note that the casita does not have its own bathroom, and guests will use those inside the main house. The second bathroom, located in the hallway, includes a shower/bathtub combination.

Outdoor living
Step into the private backyard, an open grassy area perfect for relaxing between adventures. Fire up the charcoal BBQ grill for an easy dinner or unwind in the private hot tub under Sedona’s dark sky nights. The peaceful outdoor space is designed for gathering, reading, or simply soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings.

The bright, fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from breakfast coffee to dinner with family. You’ll find a Keurig coffee machine with coffee provided, along with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and dining table. Stay comfortable with air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. Essentials like towels, bed linens, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows are provided.
