Beautiful unit with an incredible view. Snorkeling at the cove is second to none and it’s easily walkable to Napili and even to kapalua. Would definitely stay here again! Mahalo for the wonderful stay!

The view here is amazing. The bathrooms are a bit dated, as are the dishes/tools in the kitchen. But we paid for the view and location. Which were both awesome!

We discovered a cockroach in the unit and notified the host who sent someone to remove it, spray, and set traps. There were black traps set out in the unit with three traps in the kitchen alone which was disturbing. We decided that if there was one cockroach, there were likely more so made the decision to leave and move to another property. Just one roach is alarming. When we were leaving, we saw another cockroach in the kitchen and it confirmed we made the right decision to leave. When we informed the host of the second roach they said they sprayed and set traps and were not willing to do anything further including providing a reimbursement for the unused nights. We were told to provide photos. The host removed the cockroach acknowledged by them in text messages so it is unknown why they needed a photo of the roach they removed. We informed the host that the second cockroach ran so fast under the dishwasher that we were unable to get our phone and take a photo. The host was non responsive to a request they provide evidence the unit is regularly treated including fumigated. Notably, the second property we moved to had no cockroaches evidencing that proper treatment and maintenance is not being performed at this property. While at the unit, we were very careful to keep all food sealed and remove trash as instructed.I am sure the host will respond to this post with their typical “Aloha . . .” and then excuses placing the blame on us. Beware of Maui Paradise Properties.

When you notified us during your stay, our Service Team promptly inspected the unit and took corrective measures, including treating the unit and placing bait as a precaution. Following your departure, the unit was inspected again, and no additional roach activity was observed. Our properties receive regular inspections and pest control services as part of our efforts to maintain clean and comfortable accommodations. While occasional insects can occur in tropical environments despite preventative measures, we take these concerns seriously and respond promptly when they are reported. Additionally, there were no reports of roach activity in the unit before your stay or from the subsequent guests. We understand how unpleasant this experience can be and appreciate you bringing the concern to our attention. The view is incredible and the place was ok. My son and husband are very sensitive to mold and they were coughing and congested while inside. There is a leak near the slider as the carpet was very wet after it rained and we had issues with the upstairs and downstairs toilets flushing.

The host was very accommodating to work with before and during our stay. The sound of the waves and the view is spectacular. The condo had all the amenities we needed for a party of two. Lots of turtles in the cove to view off the lanai or snorkeling in the water. Access to the cove is over some rocks and is a challenge when the surf is high. Nice meals at Seahouse and Merriman’s. Kapalua trail nearby is a must. Parking for nonresidents is steep now, but allows access to other trailheads for the day.

Great place!

This place was great and roomy. The cove it looks over is great for snorkeling. There is a beach front too that is easy to walk to, as well as a couple restaurants right next door.

Delightful Tropical Stay

Russell and his partner were wonderful hosts. We loved having coffee in the mornings and watching the turtles from the lanai!

Magical location!

Great condo overlooking the bay. Snorkeling with sea turtles just steps away and take a lush beach trail to the beach/ breakfast. Will definitely be back!

The condo was very nice and the view was spectacular!

We all enjoyed our two weeks at your place. It was very relaxing, the sunsets were beautiful and we loved seeing the turtles poking their heads up all over the cove.

Turtle Paradise

We loved staying here. We could watch the turtles from the lanai or swim with them from the shore. The AC worked well and the sun shades were helpful.

Amazing location with amazing views

The greatest thing about this resort and this apartment is the views of the bay and the ability for great snorkeling just steps from your front door. At any given point there were dozens of sea turtles in the water which could be seen from the balcony or with fantastic views while snorkling. The resort area was nice, staff were friendly and we saw the cleaning crew out every day raking and maintaining the grounds. The surrounding area was also great, much quieter than the more touristy areas of Maui, but still enough around that we could go grab coffee or groceries. Overall it was amazing and all we could ever hope for

Beautiful location and great condo

Absolutely thrilled to have the pleasure of staying at Napili Point C22. The cove is gorgeous and offers world-class snorkeling just steps from the resort. The strong A/C was much appreciated. Definitely recommend and would love to come back. Mahalo
