Everybody was super easy to work with! Communication was great! The only downside we have was having to pay for parking, even though you have your own driveway. The house was beautiful, and it was located at the perfect spot on the beach! The complementary beach chairs and umbrellas were super helpful for having a bunch of little ones.

Great property. Very up-to-date and expensive looking. Great communication with managers. We had an A/C issue and even though it wasn't fixed until the end of our stay, there was someone there every day trying to fix it.

Very roomy, very nice place. We loved being secluded from tons of people., We loved the pool and the beachfront was perfect. IT was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us everyday. The neighborhood is so charming., we loved the tennis/ pickleball courts and the children loved the playground. The property is 5 minutes from Rosemary beach. We really loved the access to everything. The golf cart and bikes were used everyday. The kitchen is well stocked however, there wasn’t enough dish soap and laundry soap, and very few dish towels. There is a nice grocery store 3 minutes away that you can buy everything they don’t have.,Overall a great week. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We hope to come back soon. Thank you

Beautiful in every way!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is absolutely stunning. From the high ceilings to the luxury linens to the well stocked kitchen to the unbelievable panoramic view that includes the sunrise to the left and the sunset to the right... this is the place to stay. The staff was very fast to respond to any of our questions or concerns. Once we figured out the elevator, which is slightly finicky, our two grandmothers in their 80s were able to use it without any problem. We had two families staying with several teenagers and having both kitchens and two refrigerators over a holiday was invaluable. If you love to cook, this is the place for you. The location is super convenient and the community is beautiful. We enjoyed the on-site gift shop as well. If you have more than three vehicles, you may have to shuffle them around a little bit, but really not a big deal.

Incredible house with some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, The house is amazing! The all glass back on the main floor gives an amazing view. The house is furnished as nice as any home I have rented down there. The hosue was lacking is some simple things. Some the managment group took care of, some weren't. Within 30 minutes of checking in there was a blown fuse on the main floor that knocked out the tv and lights. This was a huge inconvenience on a fall Saturday with college football on. We did not get a call back from anyone until midmorning the next day. They were very quick to replace a broken coffee maker and get us a wine opener as there wasn't one in the house. The one I was shocked on was not being provided beach towels. I have rented a ton of houses on the beach with this being at the top end of those rentals, and every other one has provided beach towels. It doesn't make sense that people traveling are going to haul their beach towels with them. Other than those issues the houses is beautiful.

The house was beautiful, but the outdoor chairs to the table need replacing. They are rusting and you need to sit on towels so it doesn’t get it on your clothes. Quite a few items were missing and were quickly replaced. The only disappointment was that our last two days they were going to spray for ants, but never did so we had ants in the kitchen and all over the first floor. Other than that it was a beautiful view and we had a lot of fun family time even with double red flags. It was worth the trip.

Gorgeous home! Restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy very close by. Great gated community. Kids love riding bikes to get ice cream on property while the adults followed in the golf cart that’s provided. I would highly recommend this property.
