The condo was very clean, well stocked with essential kitchen utensils and beautifully decorated. The grounds and beach were well kept and also beautiful. One problem was the mattresses in every room were old, broken down and terribly uncomfortable as a result. The soft toppers were perhaps added to help but had the opposite effect of making it even worse. I would stay there again if the mattresses were updated.

This is a nice condo in a nice resort style neighborhood and is stocked with all the necessities. Our biggest issue is with the beach. The beach in front of the condo has natural rock formations all along the shore making it dangerous to swim in and hard to enjoy. My son sustained multiple gashes and lacerations after he fell into the rocks skim boarding. There is a sign as you enter the beach warning you of these formations, i just wish there were markings closer to shore warning others of what’s under the water. With changing tides it’s very hard to see the magnitude of these dangerous rock formations. Great condo, but not a great place to stay if you hope to get in the water. An urgent care visit proved this to us….The neighborhood must do a better job with signage or more people will get injured.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and found it well‑stocked, and we’re truly sorry to learn about your son’s injury. We hope he’s healing and feeling better. Cinnamon Beach does have natural coquina rock formations along parts of the shoreline, and their visibility can change with the tides and weather. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and helping advocate for a safer experience for all guests. Thank you again for staying with us!
