Your cozy fun filled getaway awaits here near AUSTIN TEXAS in Cedar Park at this quaint house with your BACKYARD OASIS with your personal super relaxing 6 person HOT TUB sunken into 1 of the 3 backyard decks. Once outside, you’ll find three levels of decking that cover much of the backyard — each space designed for relaxation and fun.
With the spacious bedrooms, your master includes a large king bed with attached newly remodeled master spa shower with rain head. Our guests are sure to have a comfortable stay. The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with showers, 1 tub, hair driers, toiletries to get you started, pack-n-play (upon request) and linens for your added convenience.
A short drive to Austin & Lake Travis You will have a lot of family fun in this cute newly remodeled 1200 sq ft home w/WIFI (300 mbps), LARGE 75" smart TV in the living room + 2 more tv's in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in every room, stocked coffee nook, AND w/dedicated desk for work space too that includes a printer.
*MASTER BEDROOM-king bed w/attached ensuite bath, w/new custom rain head spa shower, smart tv, lots of storage space in 2 large dressers, along with hanging space with many wall hooks, full length mirror.
*2nd BEDROOM- sleeps 5-TV-w/queen, double, & single futon beds
Includes Wilson FOOSBALL table, & official hard tip DART BOARD with darts, and smart tv.

I have lived all over this country and traveled abroad multiple times. Now I'm ready to give back to my guests who are traveling to Austin for all that we have to offer! I love doing extras to make my guests feel cozy in our home. Please feel free to tell me a little about you, kids ages, etc. so I know how to surprise you with a personal style you will remember for a lifetime. :-)

I chose this as home because it was close to a lot of things I love. ie: shopping, coffee shops, good schools, lots of trees, and great neighbors!
Generally a quiet neighborhood 99% of the time. The 1 % you may jump when you hear the neighbors nitro fueled car testing out his engine before he races the quarter mile on Friday & Saturday nights at Little River Dragway,

I am a local artist, Epoxy Lady, and you can tell my Austin themed backyard of fun. The inside is remodeled and always changing and modern, but the game room shows more of my crazy fun style.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 bonus room, has a show stopper back yard! Bringing the outside in & the inside out. With a custom screened in patio room out the back door (both back door and screen porch equipped with a small pet door for your 1 pre -approved pup under 20 lbs.) Once out the screen door you will see 3 layers of decking that cover the majority of the backyard.
The largest of the decks has a sunken 6 person hot tub for you to relax in. The hot tub will be sanitized & set at 100 degrees upon your arrival
The 2nd attached deck has a brand new beautifully crafted huge covered pergola w/lighted accents and a couples swing.
Small slide for the kiddos, putt putt golf hole, outdoor fire pit, firewood included, rustic Texas cooler, garden, swing, abundant outdoor seating, outdoor dining, and gorgeous ambient lighting through out the yard.
Free 2 car parking in the driveway.
If you are looking for a place to relax & chill with a real Austin vibe, then you came to the right house. My decor is eclectic & fun, as I am a local artist and continue to try and bring excitement to the viewing pleasure where I can, but mostly in the backyard! :-)
FYI -Our quiet neighborhood on occasion (1 time per every few weeks ish) you may hear our neighbor start up his nitro race car that getting it ready to take it to near by Little River Dragway for weekend drag racing. I won't lie, it still startles me when I first hear it, but then I think how cool it is to drag race!
