Great place to stay

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this condo complex and it’s very quiet and clean. This condo was all that we expected and more. We certainly would stay here again.

Great condo

We have stayed in many properties at Vista Verde East and this was one of our favorites. We did wish that the unit had beach/pool towels available for us.

Abby, Thank you for choosing Sandy Beach for your vacation rental. We enjoyed hosting your family and hope to see you back again soon!! ** Sandy Beach does not require our owners to provide beach or pool items. If you do read that these items were in the unit, they would be in the reviews and not in the description.**

Wonderful place to stay!

We can't say enough about this home! It is in a beautiful location, only a 5 minute drive to the beach. A very friendly, quiet community. The grounds and pool are maintained so well. The home was sparkling clean and newly renovated. The home is organized, spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Week At This Condo

Loved our stay at this condo. Very clean unit. Great pool view. Went kayaking at Fort DeSota and got to see manatees (just 3 feet away!). Lots of good restaurants in the area. We'll be back next year.

Nice Condo with Pool View and Great Kitchen

We enjoyed our stay. This is a comfortable condo with a new kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The unit is very clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool which is just steps away from the unit. Fort DeSoto has a good beach and is 5 -10 minutes away. Many good restaurants in the area.

The property has some updates. Location is great and we were very gentle renters and left it in the very same condition we found it in. Looking forward to our next visit. Service from the management company and cleaning crew is superb!!!!

Condo was very clean and a wonderful place to stay

The kitchen had everything we needed from making food to coffee in the morning. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus. The neighbors and other renters were very friendly when we spent time at the pool. The location is perfectly located to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. We would absolutely go back! :)

We Keep Coming Back!

We enjoy staying here each year, This is probably one of the nicest units in Vista Verde. Owners replaced all the living room and dining room furniture and the new 55 inch tv is great. The master bathroom was upgraded and now has a new vanity with a granite counter-top. See you again next April!

Convenient location to Pass-a-grille and St Pete Beach.

Master bath needs shower help. It’s a 2 step up and over the tub. It’s not for anyone with even small balance issues. Owner and management company were very responsive to questions. Overall good place and convenient to beach and pool.

If the opportunity arrises we will ask for a repeat performance.

Upon arriving, we detected a leak under the sink, phoned and had it repaired very promptly by a very pleasant service man. Very pleased with the promptness provided. The facility was extremely well equipped. The whole unit was very clean and well furnished. A good place to return to. Would recommend it to anyone. Thanks, we had a good time. Great location. Super clean

This property was great and suited our needs. They do not provide a lot in terms of toiletries or basics like laundry soap and trash bags. Luckily there was enough for our stay but it might be difficult if you have a larger family or spend more time at the condo. The location is perfect and beds were comfortable enough. The only thing we found lacking was the twin bed sheets. They just wouldn’t stay on and there were not any extras in the condo. We loved being close to the pool and just a short drive from the beach.

Mostly very nice

Condo was beautiful with perfect instructions for everything. Neighborhood was excellent with walking paths everywhere. Twin beds in second bedroom really didn’t work for an adult though. Mattress covers weren’t deep enough and wouldn’t stay on. Cold weather meant we needed more blankets. Comforters slid off sheets onto floor. Also need more lighting in that room. Aside from that room, wonderful experience.
