The Space:
This unit is for families and groups of friends over 25 years old.
Your cleaning fee includes a full house linen package - so all you need to bring is beach / pool towels.
This unit is only for rent to families and those 25 years and older, no senior week groups.

2nd floor unit (no elevator):
Entry: hallway that leads to the bedrooms and main living space. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, iced or hot Keurig-Coffee bar and Crush bar supplies (no alcohol). Living room: sleeper sofa, Firestick TV. Dining space 4 person table (with a leaf) and 2 counter bar stools. 2 sliding doors- large deck with a table that seats 4. Deck closet has beach supplies including beach chairs, cooler, 2 bikes, and sand toys. Primary bedroom- Queen bed/smart TV/primary bathroom. 2nd bedroom- 2 single beds/smart TV. 2nd bathroom and (full size) washer/dryer.

The Island at Hidden Harbour is a 187 unit condominium complex on the Bayside in North Ocean City, MD. It is composed of 9 3-story buildings and 4 townhouses. Common area amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 playgrounds, a tennis/pickle ball court and a sand volleyball court. On the West side of the property is Assawoman Bay for boaters to enjoy. Next door to the Island is Northside Park, a 56-acre complex with walking trails, ball fields, outdoor gym and playground. Northside Park also hosts Fireworks displays and the winter Holiday Festival of Lights. Plenty of open parking available.

Distances: Northside Park - 300 yards Beach - 1000 yards. Walking distance to popular restaurants; Grotto Pizza, Dumser’s ice cream, Crab Cake Factory, Fractured Prune donuts and Starbucks. Pools are open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Pool rules: 1. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. 2. Pool hours are 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. 3. Use of the pool is restricted to unit owners and their guests. A pool key is required for access. 4. Children under 14 must be under the supervision of a responsible adult. 5. No diving, running, roughhousing or ball playing is allowed. 6. Flotation devices are allowed provided they do not interfere with others. 7. Glass containers are not allowed. NO SMOKING inside the pool areas. 8. Pool furniture must not be removed from the pool areas. 9. Trash including smoke ashes must be put in containers and spills cleaned up immediately. 10. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. 11. The serenity of other people in the pool area must be respected. 12. When leaving the pool, put umbrellas down and arrange chairs neatly. Remove umbrellas from tables during windy weather. 13. Pool gate must be closed at all times. 14. Unit owners may enforce these rules. Should a serious problem occur, contact the property manager.
