You have full access to our entire house, boat dock, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!

Our fully equipped lakefront home features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Outside, enjoy the expansive deck and patio, relax by the fire pit, or head down to the private 2-slip dock with 12 ft deep-water access—perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.

- 8 Adults Maximum

- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No pets without prior approval.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors property and stay ONLY on our property to include the beach area.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years old to book, and those under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $40 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.



Interaction with Guests:

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
