• Supplies: We provide complete essentials, including linens, towels, and starter supplies. You may need to supplement with your own during extended stays.

• Garbage: A large onsite garbage can is emptied weekly for your convenience.

• Early Check-ins/Late Check-outs: We do our best to accommodate early check-ins (before 4 PM) if the property is ready. Late check-outs (past 11 AM) must be confirmed with owners.
• Security: For your safety, there are 2 exterior security cameras that point away from the house.

This is a unique older farmhouse that has been renovated. We ask that you watch your head when going up and down the stairs due to the low ceiling on the stairs. Please enjoy the charm and character of the house but also understand the house is 165 years old and has many quirks and features that make it different from a modern home. The house has been updated with modern conviences but is still an older home and its flaws and charm are what make it a unique experience.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs:
If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival we will do our best to get you in early.
Late check-outs past 11am must be confirmed with owners prior to the date of departure.

If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $100 per person per night. An unauthorized late check out will be billed for an additional night and any lost revenue and fees from future bookings that had to be canceled due to your late check out.
