Annette is a wonderful person. The guest kept the house clean. I would recommend her again anytime.

Donna and her guest were wonderful. We had an unfortunate heating problem during their stay and they were able to help us to try and resolve the problem over the phone. Although, we drove out there to handle the situation in person, we were greeted with etiquette and warmth during our time there. The guest were compassionate, understanding and lovely. I was blessed to meet such wonderful people. Hope to have them back again. Thank you Donna for being such great guest.

The hot tub is maintained on a weekly basis and is always ready for guest. I'm surprised that they claim that it wasn't. As for the coffee grinds, that could of been a mistake on the cleaning company, maybe bypassed it and forget to wash out, but that's a human error and isn't a big problem to wash out the filter with soap and water. Sheets are washed and dried through a big company then folded and packed. This is the first we've heard this problem for years of renters coming. No one ever complained about this type of situation. Although, they waited until midnight to contact me regarding one set of sets only claiming that they're damp and I couldn't get a new one out at midnight due to the cleaning company was closed. So I had to contact the cleaning service company first thing in the morning to bring new ones. As for the beach pass, it's always at the location and I myself saw it hanging there, but for some reason, they claim it wasn't , so I was able to get them another one early morning. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have occurred, and hope we can better serve our customers in the future.

The floors being free from debris were cleaned. Because the floors are parque, the wood is what makes it seem a little sticky if you’re walking in with shoes. As for the dishes, we had the dishwasher changed to a new one since you claim it wasn’t washing well. Could be the prior guest just put the dishes away without checking them first. Beach passes were missing cause guest have a tendency to take them home just like you did. But I appreciate you mailing the, back to me. But it didn’t stop the fact that you still had access for 10 people to enter the beach. As for the bath mats, we had them at one point but guest intend to throw them out so we don’t supply them anymore. We try out best to accommodate our guest to what standards they want but sometimes it’s not easy being that every guest has their own way. But we appreciate your thoughts and will take it into consideration.

We sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the cleanliness of the property. We have a professional cleaning service that is responsible for keeping everything in excellent condition, and this is not something we typically experience. I was genuinely surprised to hear about your experience, especially since previous guests have never raised any concerns about the cleaning, which led me to believe everything had been done properly. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I truly appreciate you letting me know so I can address the issue with the cleaning company and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
