Spread across three levels, this welcoming townhome features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy propane fireplace, private balcony, backyard, 2.5 bathrooms, and in-unit laundry. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, there is plenty of room to relax and recharge after a day of adventure.

Important things to note before booking
​​​​​​​Air Conditioning: The home does not have central air conditioning. Fans and the natural mountain breeze help keep the lodge comfortable during warmer months.
This is a pet-free property. Bringing a pet into the home will result in a $1,000 fee.
The home is located near [road/downtown/etc.] and some ambient traffic or community noise may be heard.

Welcome to Homestead 8

Step inside and feel right at home. The main level welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area seats six, making it easy for everyone to gather around the table after a day in Yellowstone.

The inviting living room is the perfect place to unwind, featuring comfortable seating and a cozy propane fireplace. On warmer days, step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air from the private balcony or backyard.

A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main level.

Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed. The primary bedroom also features access to a private balcony, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the crisp Montana air.

The lower level offers even more space, with a third bedroom furnished with two queen-size beds and a second full bathroom. You'll also find the washer and dryer on this level, making laundry convenient during longer stays.

Homestead 8 has electric heat throughout.

The home does not have a central air-conditioning system, which is common in Montana vacation homes. One portable AC unit is provided in the upstairs west bedroom and is available for guest use during the warmest parts of the day.

Montana summer evenings are typically cool, and we encourage guests to open the windows at night to enjoy the fresh mountain air. During the day, close the windows and curtains or blinds to help keep the home comfortable.
For your safety, please only leave windows open when you are present in the home. Fans are also available in the bedroom closets.

Wireless internet is provided for your convenience. Wi-Fi speeds cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on weather conditions and usage in the area.

A flat-screen TV is also provided for relaxing evenings at home.

Important House Rules

No smoking.

No pets. Homestead 8 is a strictly pet-free property. A $1,000 fine will be charged if a pet is brought into the home.

Only service animals that meet the applicable legal definition are permitted. Emotional support, comfort, and companion animals do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted.

Misrepresenting an animal as a service animal is prohibited under applicable Montana law.

Yellowstone Seasonal Access
The West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park operates seasonally and opening and closing dates are subject to change.

The summer season typically runs from the 3rd Saturday in April through November 1. The West Entrance generally closes November 1 and reopens around mid-December for the winter oversnow travel season. Winter oversnow access typically continues through mid-March, after which the entrance closes again until the summer season begins.

Park operating dates are subject to change. Please confirm current Yellowstone National Park operating dates before booking your stay.
