Located just steps from the beach and next to the iconic Ponte Vedra Lodge & Club (spa is open to public- actual lodge and club requires membership Area includes multiple public access fine dining and golf and beach access in St Johns County) , Casa Coley is close to fine dining, golf, and spa experiences. Ideal for private vacations, golf getaways, wellness retreats, executive stays, or intimate celebrations. Ponte vedra club access requires separate membership and fees. There are many golf and beach access points throughout St Johns County
Guest will be given full access to property except for owner private locked closets
We are very close by and will interact especially with gatherings and events to ensure needs are met and agreements are respected for the integrity of our neighborhood and neighbors
Golf Cart, Events and club access all require additonal fees, insurance and agreements. St Johns County requires we collect DL, CC and information from guest with a regular signed agreement before stay per municipal code and requirements (just like at a hotel)
EVENTS, PHOTOGRAPHY, RETREATS, Golf cart use etc will require written approval and include additional fees, insurance and agreements based on the situation. You will connect with Gretchen for all inquires AFTER BOOKING please call- reservations made can be cancelled within 24 hours for refund after conversation to determine if we are a great location for your vision.

QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced from 9pm TO 8AM, per local ordinance.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at $1,000, charged to the guest
PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles: 5No street parking.
PETS: must be pre-approved in writing before check-in. Pet fees must be paid in full. No excessive barking or unattended pets. Guests are fully liable for all pet-related damages or disturbances.Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with provided protection. Guests are expected to clean up after pets indoors and outdoors.
TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles. Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance
Use of the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent. This includes: Content creation,Photography/videography,Podcasting or interviews Coaching, classes, or client sessions,Retreats or private business events
NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Outdoor features such as pools, firepits, grills, or TVs must be used responsibly and with care.
CREDIT CARDS:Please be advised: Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or refund.These fees are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered by the host.Refunds will be issued net of processing fees. By booking, you agree to this policy.
SECURITY AND CAMERAS:For your safety and the security of the home, exterior cameras may be present. There are no interior cameras or surveillance of private guest areas.
SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance.
A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM (IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE AND WE KNOW ABOUT BEFORE WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF EARLY IN OR LATE OUT IS AVAILABLE IN WRITING)
