This is not a brand-new or ultra-modern house, and that is part of what makes it special. It is a genuine, comfortable home where families and friends can relax without everything feeling too formal or delicate. Original details, traditional furnishings, and light coastal décor create a familiar, welcoming atmosphere.

With five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, generous gathering spaces, and accommodations for up to 11 guests, the home is ideal for family vacations, Mayo Clinic visitors, and golf enthusiasts attending THE PLAYERS Championship or exploring Northeast Florida’s celebrated courses.

* Arriving at The Beach House**

Surrounded by palms, coastal landscaping, and a spacious oceanfront lawn, the white historic home captures the spirit of Ponte Vedra Beach. Inside, an original wood-paneled foyer and traditional staircase introduce its history and charm. Large rear windows frame the lawn, dunes, and Atlantic Ocean.

The first floor is carpet-free and features updated flooring, making it practical for families returning from the beach.

** Oceanfront Living Room**

The open, cozy living room offers comfortable sofas, additional seating, and a Smart TV. A wall of windows fills the room with natural light and Atlantic views, creating an inviting space for conversation, reading, movies, or quiet mornings watching the sunrise.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home for streaming, remote work, and staying connected.

The bright galley kitchen was renovated in May 2026 and features white Shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, recessed lighting, wood-look flooring, and generous storage and preparation space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stainless-steel French-door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, built-in wall oven and microwave, smooth glass electric cooktop, stainless-steel vent hood, dishwasher, double-basin sink, coffee maker, pantry, cookware, dishes, glassware, and wine glasses.

A farmhouse-style dining table seats up to eight guests, while a second table seats four. Together, the dining areas accommodate up to 12, making family meals, celebrations, and relaxed evenings easy and enjoyable.

** The Oceanfront Screened Porch**

One of the most memorable features of the home is the expansive oceanfront screened porch. Stretching across the back of the house, this long, covered space feels like a second living and dining room. Its wall of screens welcomes the fresh ocean breeze and soothing sound of the waves while providing shade and shelter from the direct sun.

Two tables with chairs and several seating areas provide room for coffee, family meals, games, reading, and conversation. Guests can look across the maintained lawn and natural dunes toward the Atlantic.

Above the screened porch, an expansive open-air deck offers sweeping, unobstructed views of the ocean, shoreline, dunes, and sky. Four chairs along the railing create a wonderful place to watch dolphins, pelicans, and the sunrise.

The elevated deck is equally beautiful for a peaceful morning, an afternoon spent watching the ocean, or stargazing at night.

** Five Comfortable Bedrooms**

The bedrooms are bright and restful, with white bedding, soft colors, coastal-blue accents, ceiling fans, and large windows.

**Bedroom 1 – Main-Level Oceanfront:** Queen bed, large ocean-facing window, sunrise views, and the soothing sound of the waves.

**Bedroom 2 – Upper-Level Oceanfront:** One queen bed and two twin beds, with beautiful views and the relaxing sound of the sea.

**Bedroom 3 – Upper-Level Triple Twin:** Three twin beds, quilted bedding, ceiling fan, nightstands, desk, and partial ocean view—ideal for children, teenagers, or individual guests.

**Bedroom 4 – Upper-Level Queen:** Queen bed, white bedding, coastal-blue accents, and windows on two sides overlooking the palms and front of the property.

**Bedroom 5 – Main-Level Guest Room:** Twin bed, ceiling fan, dresser, property view, and a quieter location near the garage and laundry area.

Although the beds provide flexible arrangements, the home’s maximum permitted occupancy is 11 guests.

** Bathrooms and Laundry

The home includes three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, with bathtub-and-shower combinations, vanities, fresh towels, and practical storage.

The main-level full bathroom has a tub-shower, sink, and vanity. An upper ocean-facing bathroom has a sink and a tub-shower.
A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects adjoining sleeping areas and includes a tub-shower. An additional bathroom near the laundry and garage is accessed separately from the main living quarters.

The laundry room is located just off the garage and includes a full-size washer and dryer, making family vacations and longer visits more convenient.

** Oceanfront Lawn and Direct Beach Access**

Behind the home, a broad lawn framed by palms and coastal landscaping leads to a brick-edged path, natural dunes, and the beach. Within moments of leaving the screened porch, guests can have their feet in the sand.

The direct oceanfront setting makes it easy to move between the house and shoreline all day. The peaceful, noncommercial beach has no public access or vehicular traffic directly in front of the home.

The sandy shoreline, accented with natural coquina shells, is wonderful for swimming, bodyboarding, surfing when conditions allow, surf fishing, yoga, sunbathing, long walks, shell and sea-glass collecting, searching for sharks’ teeth, sunrise watching, stargazing, and moon watching.

Guests may also see dolphins offshore, pelicans gliding above the waves, and nesting loggerhead sea turtles

** Beach Equipment and Parking**

Guests may use the garage for storage and to access the provided Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and beach towels. The garage is not available for vehicle parking.

The private driveway offers four dedicated parking spaces and can accommodate up to four vehicles, depending on their size.

The TPC Sawgrass clubhouse is open to the public for dining, including its veranda overlooking the famous 18th hole. The home is a comfortable base for THE PLAYERS Championship or a golf getaway.

The quiet oceanfront home remains convenient to restaurants, shopping, and favorite destinations, including historic St. Augustine, St. George Street, the Alligator Farm, ghost and carriage tours, outlet shopping, World Golf Village, Vilano Beach pier, deep-sea fishing, marina excursions, pirate cruises, and Intracoastal boating.

Visit the Guana reserve for hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing, or enjoy waterfront dining at Cap’s on the Water. Jacksonville International Airport and area tennis facilities are within a convenient drive; Orlando attractions are possible as longer day trips.

* Maximum occupancy is 11 guests.
* The minimum rental age is 25.
* Weddings, receptions, large parties, and events are not permitted.
* The property is offered strictly as a vacation rental home.
* Pets are not permitted, but we are happy to suggest nearby pet-care options.
* Trip-cancellation insurance may be available through the booking platform for an additional fee. We highly recommend purchasing coverage in case an unexpected issue requires a last-minute cancellation.
* Reservations are generally nonrefundable once booked. If a documented medical emergency occurs, please contact us. If we can rebook the same dates at the same rate, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with a refund or allow the reservation to be moved to alternate dates within a maximum of three months. No other exceptions apply.
